You will be hard pressed to find a children’s place in Evansville that offers worse customer service. Need to call them? Forget it, they have a totally automated system that will never connect you to a live human at the Evansville location. Find help online? Probably not as it’s a low quality website that again you will be hard pressed to find a live help option. Have a gift card? Better hope no one gave you that to take the kids for a good time as it will most likely only be good for full price items. That’s right gift card ( paid for with cash ) won’t always be worth that same amount of cash at old Chuck rip me off cheeeses. Would this review be bad if they would have had a way to talk to them? Probably not. Just remember your kids are worth more then this place.

My grandson picks this place every year for his birthday celebration. We love it because he loves it so much. His favorite thing is to dance with that big mouse! The pizza is amazing! Friendly staff too.
The grandbabies love yhis place. We love the food and the safety measures they take so kids can't run out or be taken out without the adult that they came on with.Kid-friendliness: Awsome for younger and older kids.
