When ordering a blizzard, I was given a thin milk shake. When asked about it, I was told they had just had a $900 hour and the machines were over worked. Is this not an ice cream business? Why didn’t they say they couldn’t make the blizzard? It was served in 2 cups. Would not use the spoon since it was too thin and didn’t have a straw, I took the cups apart so I could drink it. The reason for the second cup is they had punctured the side of the cup. I now had ice cream all over me and my car. When questioned about it, I was told that is what they always do. Asked why they didn’t tell me of the reason for the second cup, I was told “we don’t have to tell you anything.” Yes, I was upset. I was paid for something I did not receive and I was sticky from the ice cream all over me. I asked if they going to do anything about it, was told no because she though I was being rude. Do not go to this DQ.
