dirty bathrooms. spider webs extending from the window to the nearby table in dining room. no one came to take our order for 5 mins. the cooks saw us but never acknowledged us or called anyone up. they just saying its not their job they arent a manager they dont get paid enough as it is and discussed their paychecks. breadsticks were dry like they had sat a while. dining room was filthy.

Went in tonight, Jan 4th, 2022. The girl at the front messed up our order and that wasnt that big of a deal. The big deal was, upon looking our food over, not only was there a hair on my son's breadstick, there was a hair on my chicken carbonara. So, we kindly took the food up to be replaced. Then the guy in the kitchen began yelling at me that no one in the back had long hair, or hair like that. (long and female hair) Well, the cashier did who handed us the food. So it could've came from her. point is, there shouldn't be an employee yelling at customers from the back saying how they are lying about a hair. All while my fiance was talking to the mgr about all this to the side so he could actually hear over the guy yelling. And this all happened with my two boys there seeing and hearing all this. Then the guy from the back and the cashier went outside for a smoke break and said more stuff on the way out how I was supposedly lying about the hair. How disrespectful. Seriously, we won't be coming back and our food at O'Charleys afterwards was a MILLION times better. And yes I know Fazolis is fast food but fast food doesn't have to mean poor service. I'll be calling corporate over this as well.
