The chicken tenders were burnt. The fries were mid, but there were a bunch of burnt ones mixed in. The sandwich maker only had one glove on and repeatedly touched everything,including her hair multiple times. The ice cream had ice chunks that we stood there for 10 minutes waiting on bc it was already paid for. Can clearly see all the ice chunks in the video of mislabeled ice cream.

Their gargen deluxe salad used to be an awesome salad. Today was a terrible salad. Wilted and brown lettuce, hard orange tomatoes 1/4 egg. Definitely nothing fresh about. If it were my first time eating there I wouldn't go back. Such a disappointment.

Dared to walk in 90 minutes before closing time. Staff stared in disbelief before telling us the dining room was closed, as if all the overturned chairs weren’t enough of a hint. Asked if my 10 year old could sample an ice cream before deciding on one, cuz that’s literally how it works everywhere else, but they have done that since Covid apparently. Can’t imagine why there aren’t locations everywhere.

More importantly, it wasn't until I looked over the receipt at home that I realized that I had been overcharged for a couple of items that I didn't order and didn't receive.

Food is always good and hot. Employees are hit or miss. It's been awhile since I've had a truly friendly encounter, but they've never been outright rude either. It's one of my favorite spots to come visit when I am in town, so I will keep coming back.
