This is a definite "small town Cafe" type of restaurant! Everyone made us feel welcomed...even the regular customers! I'm definitely looking forward to going back! I'm so hopeful that somehow, some way, this restaurant will continue to thrive with the passing of time!!!!
Another diner discovery found here in Evansville ??? Libby and Mom's Cafe for the win! We will definitely be back! Sad I just now discovered y’all but happy we did. And no…we could not finish all of the food ??? ($37 total for everything)

Just left from here and I was very pleased with everything top to bottom!Yes, it is an old school dive style diner with fantastic prices! Especially for this day and age. You can eat here for less than a meal at McDonald's. You can tell it's a locals spot with multiple regulars. As others have mentioned, regulars have coffee cups with their names on them.
