Placed my order through the app around 8:30 since the app and google say they close at 10, arrived around 8:50 because I got the email saying my order was ready. Arrived and was told my a man taking out trash that the store had been closed for about an hour and there was no food made. So now, I’ve paid for my food, wasted time trying to pick it up, and don’t know how to get a refund, because that’s no an option on the app. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you close at 8, then update your app. There were multiple people that drove up while I was waiting to figure out what was going on. I can only assume they are in the same situation that I am.
