Best BBQ in Evansville! Tried a little of everything and all of it was ? !!!!!!!Banana Pudding is off the chain! Perfect brisket, everything is a great combo of smoke flavor, gentle heat and love!!

I was in && out got loaded potatoes with brisket that was mostly fat for $20!!!! I’m from down south so ik good bbq when I come cross it && this mid af && I got food poisoning….maybe this might be what some call bbq but I wouldn’t waste money here again!!! Try at your own risk

This local restaurant is a must to eat at. The portions are huge. The favor of the food is delicious. The brisket sandwich was mosit and favable. The price might seem a little high, but it is worth it.

This was one of the best meals that we have had for a while! 2 of us got the Texas Torpedo, and it was AMAZING!!! My hubby got the brisket and ribs and they were so yummy and tender! Sorry, I didn’t want to take the time to take a picture lol. We will definitely be back soon!!!

Went in with high hopes and was not disappointed. Everything I got was outstanding. I got the two meat plate, pulled pork and brisket with greens and potato salad . It also came with cornbread which was exceptional! Everything on my plate was outstanding, sauces were fantastic as well.Do yourself a favor and get you some excellent Texas style BBQ.

We went there tonight after a good review from a friend. We ordered 3 $13 sandwiches, a mac and cheese and one kids meal, and drinks.When we got our food the meat was cold… they had the meat warmer turned off… so they made us (3) new sandwiches.. we had 4 meals.Our son didn’t eat his, because it was cold, but they didn’t bring him a new one… we shared ours.A $2 canned root beer is a bit much.The sandwich was ok, but a bit of a turn off after everything was cold… the owner explained that it was turned off early for some reason, but it made the experience odd, not knowing if it was just warmed up meat? and for the cost not worth it. $63 total.
Just getting back from our nashville trip, tired not wanting to cook, we scrolled through food on Google and stumbled on Lonestar! Let me tell yall! First, these guys know how to make cornbread! And It ain't cracker barrel bread! Second, we did order a tad late, so they were sold out of brisket and ribs (the 2 I was wanting lol), the lady on the phone was nice and when we picked the order up, they apologized but also told us to order sooner, lesson learned yall because if the chicken and pork is this dang good those ribs are probably fall of the bone and out of your chair, slap your grandma good! So I ended up getting the 2 meat combo and hubby got the Texas torpedo. My God! ❤️ BEST $36 spent in a while, including Nashville food!! Enough food for left over lunch tomorrow:) we are die hard support you local small business believers, and I'll tell ya what! This is one that will continue to have out business! (I didn't rate the atmosphere due to not dining in, but hubby said everyone was super nice when he picked up our food). Next time we will sit in! If yall want some actual real food, you can taste and smell the smoke, friendly, fast and well worth every penny??? GO EAT HERE AND SUPORRT THIS PLACE! We all know here in evansville, not a lot of places make it real far! Let's give these guys our business! Thank yall for good food and good service! We will be back! :)
