Every weekend the dinning room is locked. Place a mobile order and they still can not get it right. The excuse for the dinning room being locked is they are short staffed. What about customers that walk or ride bikes. You don’t allow them to use drive thru but the dinning room is locked. Wonder if the owner knows how much money they are losing. I will not be going back. I will drive to Covert ave where the employees are a lot nicer and their dining room is open.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s in Evansville. All of the ones that say owners Chip and Katie Kensworthy are terrible but this one is the absolute worst. I had an APP order and waited in the drive thru and at first they took three people from the left sides order and no one from the right. The guy in front of me went inside because he also had an app order that couldn’t be refunded. So after like 5 more minutes I say I just have an app order. Some rude chick says we’re busy. 7 more minutes I say something again and she said I said we’re busy. So then I change it to an inside pickup. Wait 15 more minutes in there and some other girl had to get a manager for us to even get our orders because no one was working and they were all talking. I’m pretty sure this location and others by this owner are the lowest paid in town with the highest prices. So maybe if you paid your employees a living wage they’d actually care that your business is ran so bad that people would rather drive across town than come to this business. This McDonald’s is absolutely shameful and I will never come to this one again.
