Absolutely horrid service. Had a party of 11 that was sat at around 7:45 we had a reservation. Around 8:30 we began to question where our order was. A gentleman was giving the table next to us their food and told us our food would be up "the internet went down so your order wasn't put in earlier" okay, sure, but every table around us had got their food that was seated around the same time as us. Fast forward 8:45 he says he's going to find out what's going on. We then proceed to never see him again. Asked a waitress to find out where our food was (now 9 o'clock), she the informed us our food was NEVER entered. So much for a happy birthday dinner for my mother. The man (who I am assuming was a manager as he had nice slacks and a polo on) never made sure what was going on and didn't bother to come back over to us until we decided to leave.

Love this place The option for gloves is very awesome I had the Combo b and it was very awesome Shrimp was awesome Very good service with very very good bread The environment was very good with many decorations All of the other reviews are lying and I loved this place Love this place you are missing out if you do not go

Loved my meal. Many good choices on the menu. I split the combo b and it was plenty of food for both of us. The lobster was to die for! Definitely will be coming back soon! The service was fast and the food was good and hot. I truly thought I was on vacation with this atmosphere.

Please compare their price on doordash carefully with their normal price. Huge mark ups. I cant believe it when I see the difference. I understand the increased price as I ordered from doordash often. However, i have not experienced with this much increase.

Most of our food was really good. We got boil in bags. My husband got crab legs shrimp and sausage. His shrimp was overdone and tough. I got crawfish and crab legs. The crab legs were really good crawfish were okay because the only seasoning I got was butter. They would be better with some spice. I will rectify that next time. Service was great!
