My son set up an interview through indeed for this location, he showed up 15 minutes early. He called to be let in and was told they're not hiring and they were not doing any interviews(By a very rude woman.) So I called to inform the manager of indeed setting up interviews for their location and talked with a very rude woman (assuming the same lady) who said no one even showed up there for an interview. I informed her that he indeed was there but was told that they were not hiring and was not doing interviews (exactly what she was saying to me!). She told me to have him apply for another location. I know that literally every fast food place including this location has had staffing issues since COVID! We've contacted corporate, but doubtful they will do anything so I thought the public should know how they conduct business at this location. Their loss, my son is a hard worker and has open availability because he graduated early this school year.
Ordered a small fry and medium mr pibb. Pulled up to the window and penny the shift manager which was running the drive thru drawer , i told her i wanted to pay a dollar in cash and then the rest on my card and she said I’m tired of people doing this. Then she looks lost trying to figure out how to do it and then she looking at the receipt and goes do you have a other form of payment because my drawer is going to be short and i said no i don’t have extra cash on me i have money on my card. She ended up pushing 2 dollars in cash instead of a dollar and then got mad at me for her mess up. It doesn’t work that way. I’m a shift manager myself and whatever mess up you do isn’t on the customer. Then she made the comment people need to have money for their bill like i had the money to pay ? She just didn’t know what she was doing.

So my husband is a construction worker working in hwy 41 he went to go get some lunch at Rally’s and couldn’t take his big truck through the drive through. The person working there would not serve him because he was not in a vehicle they said there were not taking walk ups he said he has no choice he can’t take his big truck through the drive through they were very rude and would not serve him. This place is not worth the time!
