Nice Japanese restaurant with hibachi tables, we ate sushi and other entrees, didn't sit at a cooktop.Everything was good but they kept bringing the plates one at a time, so some had all their plates and others had none. Three of us waited about 10 minutes with food until the 4th was served. For reference I travel both domestically and internationally around 100 nights per year eating all sorts of local foods.

Great Japanese steakhouse! We love hibachi but a good one was a challenge in such a rural area as we have been to most in southern Indiana and and southern Illinois. This one is our favorite in the area for sure. Service was good but another server was helping us instead of our primary one, but great teamwork and made service acceptable.

Been a few times and every visit great. From small party of four to big gathering of eleven everyone enjoyed dinning experience. Who doesn't like dinner and a show, right .?. Hibachi dinning or just grab a regular table and order anything off the menu, its all good. A favorite of my wife.

Really embarrassing etc…fake sushi ingredients, cutting corners with cost etc, sushi chefs are definitely new- rookie level, like the rest of Evansville service. I expect the same food quality/freshness every-time and service, and that never happens etc. Last time i had Lobster roll and regretted it… spent $35-$40 on a roll and drink, and also was embarrassed by the over-all experience/service. I just wont eat sushi in Evansville again…….They pose as a high-end hibachi and sushi Japanese restaurant, but fail to have those aspects at all to traditional Japanese…….and the only excuse is that: its Evansville…. Typical
Wonderful Sushi & sushi rolls. Sauce for spring rolls is the bomb. Yum. Gyoza were perfect. Recommend this place!

The wait was a little stupid. But it’s okay. Definitely should expand the waiting area. Very crowded. Our Hibachi chef (cooked in front of us) didn’t talk at all. What a boring show when your chef doesn’t talk the entire time I would come back. Only if these things I listed above were changed.
