“I come to dinner at least 2 times a week. I'm absolutely never disappointed with the food. My only complaint is one of the waitresses. I came back in August for my birthday with a group and she brought all of our food in to go containers because she "just assumed". I felt incredibly unwelcomed by this and a burden. I've still been back multiples times with many other waitresses and was never treated this way. for the most part I absolutely lovw the reat of the staff. I came back tonight and have to listen to her talk badly about customes. Have to listen to the bartender tell her what she could be cleaning on her down time while she turns around and makes a remark and a smirk. Get rid of that one!“

“I went there on a Monday night and it was a fun time! They had karaoke and that's always a blast. I'm not from the area so I just stopped in and everyone there was pretty welcoming. The bartenders were great. I went to another bar before this one just because it was closer to my hotel and I didn't enjoy it nearly as much. I would highly recommended this bar if you're looking for a bar with kinda that small town feel and looking for a fun time. Everyone was so laid back. If I ever end up in Topeka again I'll definitely go back.“

“Hamburger, fries, side salad - Very tasty, salad was fresh with tomatoes, 3-4 different types lettuce, carrots. Burger was huge, 1/2 #, and fries and burger were HOT. What a forgotten restaurant concept, piping hot fresh food! And our server was friendly, checked if we needed anything often and prompt. Owner stopped by table to chat. “Just your local, "Cheers"-esque vibe. The bar is the main attraction with a small, simple dining area around the corner. We indulged in Taco Tuesday. It's not where you go if you have a craving for a delicious taco, but if you want to have a couple of drinks and need something in the belly. We were introduced to Speck's with the huge, pizza sized hamburger that will always be a classic for family get togethers!“

“The food is pretty good. Wings are fried crispy, no breading and are a good size. 7 was plenty for 1 serving. I won't get the tweener sauce again, my fault, it has no spice and a little sweet. We got it to go and sauce was separated so I mixed it up and dipped wings in it. Garlic parmesan wings were good. Straight fries and curly fries both good. Service was fast and waitress was nice. Will definitely be back.“
