My family were drive-thru guests this evening. We were the first in the line, after placing our order we pulled up to the window. We sat at the window for 9 minutes before an employee came to the window. The employee did apologize for the wait, but it took several more minutes for our food to be brought to the window. They were out of ketchup packets at the window, so they had to run to the back to get more. After we pulled away, we realized there were no napkins in the bag. While the food was good, the 20-minute wait and disorganization (ie ketchup, napkins) was enough that we will not visit this particular store in the future.
