“Have gotten take out here on two occasions. We only ordered appetizers and dessert. Both times the service was excellent. The food only got a 4 because, of course, by the time we got it home it was a little cold. However, it was still really good and worth it. Also, the cannoli was excellent.”

“I was a bit pessimistic coming here as I am a die hard TR fan. The decor and atmosphere screams rich suburban Dallas Texas and not the typical roadhouse San Antonio version. Ordered the ribs and was somewhat disappointed. While the flavor was good and the ribs were very tender, they were half cold and I suspect our rude waitress let them sit there for 10 minutes in the window. Steak was excellent, however, and very well seasoned with a minimal amount of salt and pepper as it should be. I did enjoy the fresh baked bread and the little tray it came on. Overall I would give it a solid 6/10 due to a combination of bad service and cold food.”

We were in that zone where we were undecided on what to eat, nothing sounded good, you know the drill. We looked at each other and said Bob Evans! Just what the doctor ordered! “We ordered from doordash and the food was AMAZING. We didn’t care too much for the slim sauce but the ranch was HEAVENLY. I got the red velvet oreo milkshake which was also amazing. Only complaint is that we ordered the chocolate brownie pudding jar and never received it ): could be doordash’s fault but I tried to contact the restaurant and didn’t get a response (couldn’t contact doordash because I ordered through the restaurant’s website). Aside from that everything was DELICIOUS!!”

“They really do an excellent job setting the atmosphere for a nice dinner. The decor and the music are pleasant and inviting. The staff is friendly and they do an excellent job pacing the meal. The menu is large with so many delicious options. The soups are simple broth based soups and served hot. The salads are fresh. You never feel rushed and each course came out just as we were finishing the previous. The food was fresh and delicious. The sushi was amazing. Portions were plentiful. We felt welcomed and appreciated. They did an excellent job making sure we felt satisfied with our dinner. It was just nice to feel like a guest in a restaurant and not a customer, if you know what I mean. There was no hype or gimmick, just a nice dinner, in a nice place, served by nice people. I would definitely recommend Shogun and I will definitely go again.”

“This place is A-MAZING!!! I cannot stop eating the Turkey Shoot (get a side of ranch to dip it in ?) and steak fries and my husband loves the steak and ribs. The food is delicious and most times i go i am on the struggle bus as to how many things we are gonna order this trip! If you get a chance grab those boneless wings plain with a side of ranch you wont regret it! We absolutely LOVE our waitress Kendall who is very attentive and very funny to the point of the smiles never leave our faces the whole time we are there! She always makes sure our food is perfect! We have enjoyed most of the guys and gals at this place which is why we have been going almost every Friday night for 4 years! The management staff has always made us feel comfortable and we enjoy the atmosphere there more than we do at any other restaurant. We tell anyone who will listen to try this place they NEVER disappoint. Thank you Kendall and Smokin Js for making every Friday night spectacular! ❤️❤️”

“I'm surprised the ratings aren't higher for this Dairy Queen. It's actually very good. I visited on June 4, 2023 and once before that. I can't complain, I got a three piece chicken tender meal with a fudge sundae for $7. I was surprised to be served gravy with the tenders so I asked for barbecue dipping sauce. The first time I asked for an extra one and was charged $.75 which wasn't bad for the size of the sauce. I don't eat gravy but I did try it and it was actually good. I don't think I've ever had white gravy(it was sausage gravy I think, that's what it tasted like. Overall, I was pleased. I didn't like the sprite, it was watery and didn't taste real good so I went back in and got some ice in my Bubba container.”

“Located at 370 Diederich Blvd, Ashland, KY 41101. Kroger is my go-to grocery here and there are a handful in the Tri-State area. Friendly service and well stocked. Store is in decent condition and kept clean. Parking lot can be challenging to navigate at times but always well stocked.”

“We had Whit's cater frozen custard at our wedding, and they were one of my favorite vendors to work with! Every single person I worked with was so incredibly sweet and helpful from the initial contact, to the tasting, to the day of the wedding. I worked with Emily the most, and she made everything so easy. There was so much flexibility in what they offered too! If we wanted a specific flavor, they worked with us to make it. Emily even made sure that the way they set up the table at our wedding would work well with the rest of our decorations. Then an unexpected highlight was being able to take home the leftover frozen custard and toppings that were not eaten during the reception. Such a treat! I should also say that the frozen custard itself was absolutely delicious! It was so fun having it at our wedding, and our guests loved it! I’ll definitely be getting Whit’s Frozen Custard every time I’m in Ashland!”

“The customer service is weird, I always feel like I’m rushed to order something. They almost never talk unless they are telling your your total. They’ve had a few great smokers years ago the ones that are there now barley look at you. I use to love earning here when I went to the mall, I’d always get the General Tos chicken, rice and crab ragoons. That was my go to meal but I don’t know it taste way different now, plus they are very pricey”
