Starbucks has great service. But the wait in the drive thru is not so good. Need two cups of coffee by the time, you get past drive thru. :)

Had to pock up a delivery for a customer. Food was on counter when I arrived not bagged yet. Employee said they'd bag it whenever they had time. Waited 6 minstrel and left. Employees act like delivery customers aren't important.

Friendly service with delicious food and drinks every time I visit (especially the drive-thru). This is my favorite Starbucks location.

this location is literal trash, the service is trash, the workers are too lazy to mix drinks, the workers hours got cut, 20 minute wait somedays, the town needs to put in a new starbucks cuz these foolz ain’t cuttin it, for the 3rd time this week they didn’t bother to mix my drink (when i say mix my drink i mean the entire bottom 2 inches is filled with straight syrup) & mixing it does nothing but give ya sugary milk, i let it slide too many times, but i’m sick of paying $8 for a drink that these clowns can’t even make. peak ignorance.

I despise this location. Every time we come to this specific Starbucks, the employees are rude, they don't greet us, and they see that you're there waiting but they just keep doing nothing. And there's a particular female barista here who seems to have a pissy attitude and a persistent scowl on her face.

My 17 and 18 year old daughters love coming to Starbucks. I on the other hand do not. I feel like their coffee is WAY overpriced. No small coffee should cost almost 3 dollars. Yes, I know, I'm cheap. But I can go to most gas stations and get it for like .99 cents, and generally it's pretty good coffee. But as far as the service at this location, it wasn't bad. The employee was friendly and helpful in helping my daughter decide what she wanted, even though they were extremely busy, he was still very patient with her. And as for the atmosphere, I really don't like going in. I'm my own individual, with not a lot of money. I don't look down on anyone, but I feel like this place was opened for the upperclass individuals. Where I'm more comfortable shopping at goodwill, and going to save a lot, and getting my coffee at a gas station for .99 cents lol. But that's just me I guess.

They took 15 minutes to make my one mocha. They had 6 people working and only one person on the hot bar. There was no urgency amongst the workers. Workers stood around and waited for drinks to be made when they could have helped jump on the other espresso bar or at least assisted the one girl on hot bar better by topping her drinks. There was no need for it to take that long. Especially when they had so many people there. There was no apology for the wait or even a smile from the workers after I waited 15 minutes for one drink.
