“What's not to love? The incredible customer service? The tasty (crispy, but not too much so) tenders? perhaps the tastfully seasoned fries? Three-piece lifer here, pulled up to the West Side Cane's on Glenway, near Bridgetown. Thank you, Mr. Cane-O. Thank you.Kid-friendliness: saw a family playing, enjoying its time together, and even tho one of the little ones was a wailer, the staff was friendly and coping.“

“Good experience here.I put in my order online, because I was marginally curious after seeing Subway's commercials for its new "fresh cut" meat. But having placed my order online, I wasn't able to see if it was cut in front of you like at a proper deli, or if it's just cut that morning as part of their daily prep.With a couple minutes to spare before my order was expected to be ready, I went inside. Dining area looked clean & there were a handful of other people eating/in line. I approached, with my phone in hand, & the guy behind the counter assumed I was with Door Dash. I told him no, I had just placed my order online & he quickly retrieved it (there's no rack for orders like you might see at other locations), & I was on my way.Everything was prepared correctly & tasted good.“

“They took my order gave me my coffee and I asked him did you put heavy cream and heavy sugar and he said yes and while I was waiting for my food I started to drink my coffee and it had some sugar but it was not heavy sugar so I went back up too ask for some sugar but it took me about 8 minutes before any one asked me what I needed.i said I needed some more sugar.“

“I normally do not give 5 stars, however I normally do not eat Wendy's. The spicy nacho chicken sandwich. It was recommended to me, by help from the young man cooking this evening. I specifically asked him to help me decide. I got a heart shaped chicken patty which was a big deal. The food was great. The staff was relaxed and friendly. It was clean. I wish that I could post pictures of my heart shaped chicken patty. It was huge and perfect.“

“This place can be hit or miss but then again it's Papa John's staff is always friendly though when the pizzas made good it's a really good but when it's bad it can be bad. I will still continue to go to this location because it's so close to the house!“

“The lady that took my order was efficient, polite, and kind and she also remembered everything in the order and wasn't skimpy with providing sauce packets. I don't even eat out as fast food places much anymore because the the quality and service has really gone down hill since the pandemic happened but I will continue to go to this Arby's location even of its a little out of my way, the food was fresh and it didn't look like it was thrown together hastily. My experience was 5 stars.“

“When we went the drive-through the other night, the wait time was literally 40 minutes because they were slammed, and there was only 1 guy doing any work. We could see two other guys in the lobby messing around. I felt really bad for the one trying to handle everything by himself. Food was perfect, though, and kudos to him for being polite and friendly despite the pile-up.“

“I have tried all the taco bells around me. Newport, Bellevue, Cincinnati, Alexandria, and Cold Spring is the only one that gets my App order right every, time.It takes them a little longer sometimes, but when my food is right, I'm happy. I would much prefer good service to fast, wrong food and this location has that in my opinion.Thank you to the friendly staff here!“
