Horrible service!

Husband came home with food poisoning. Food at Applebees is better than what we were served. I had better chicken Marsala out of a microwave dinner. Staff was super awkward and strange…we saw half of them dozing off or on their phone behind the scenes and the other half bothered with our presence. Facility is not well maintained and everything looked unclean, outdated and broken or damaged. One of the weirdest experiences of my adult life. 0/10 would not recommend at all…

We had a great experience. We went for Sunday brunch, the buffet was excellent. A little pricey but what are you going to do? Great service & views. A must do if in area.

Just passing through cincy. The food was good. Definitely notva high quality steakhouse. You're paying for the spin. Unfortunately the spin was broken and I still had to pay full price. Not even a free dessert.

Always thought about this place as a streak house. Most people I talk to have only been to the restaurant for a high-school dance. But we went for brunch and it was awesome. Bring your wallet and your appetite. 45 for adults and 27 for kids- buffet. They had a guy to make crepes, waffles, omelets, they had prime rib and cheese cake all the traditional goodies, the bacon was crispy and the view was just as entertaining at 35 just like back when I was 15. My 5 year old had a blast. This place is nice but not too stuffy for family fun. Highly recommend ? ? ? ? ?

The "Revolving Restaurant" is certainly a unique experience! The view is pretty great for Cincinnati and Covington. We went for Sunday brunch, and thought we had read online that brunch was $30 per person. So we had a bit of sticker shock when the bill came in at $45 per person.NOTE: Brunch costs $45 per person. Some transparency on the restaurants website on pricing would be appreciated. While food was tasty, my wife and I both agreed that we would not have chose to pay $45 (plus tip) each for that food. The brunch buffet features two made to order stations (omelettes and crepes). The other side features traditional breakfast foods which were generally tasty, but not all impressive (such as scrambled eggs or simple French toast). The staff was attentive, though with a buffet there is less need for the attention. We had a 10am reservation and arrived a bit early. The elevators do not service the 18th floor (restaurant level) until they are unlocked right at or just after 10am. So if you come early, you will need to wait in the hotel lobby.Parking was convenient and readily available when we arrived for Sunday brunch (a little before 10am).Takeaways: good food, but not worth the hefty price tag. We're usually fairly frugal and only came to celebrate my wife's birthday. We weren't prepared to spend over $100 on brunch. :/ Again, the website is not well developed and gives next to no info on brunch. We booked through OpenTable.

The view was amazing! We got there right before sunset, so by the time we did a full rotation, we got to see the city skyline all lit up. Food was descent, but it didn't seem like it was the greatest quality, especially for the price. Overall it was a great experience with good service in a nice atmosphere with great views!

Well done. Don't bother choosing a steak temperature, your food is coming out well done. I get the sense Waffle House shut down and all the employees got jobs here. We were there on a Friday night, a slow empty Friday night. The staff seemed dead inside, unkempt, disheveled and lost. A great view of Cincinnati, the city and its people hanging on by a thread to the last piece of themselves. Waiting for that sweet release as the beast devours their souls repurposing them into another cloud storage plant or warehouse.

The food was excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that I was charged $5 for garlic butter for my steak. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

Dined on 3/17 and our credit card was doubled charged for our brunch. Have called, left voicemails, sent email and no one will respond to correct issue. Had to file a dispute with my bank. Their customer service is horrible!

Good was great service was great. I got home that night and seen I was charged twice. Once before tip and I once after a tip. This is a on going issue it looks like from all the other reviews. I wouldn’t recommend going unless you want to be out double the money. This is very disappointing that the issue hasn’t been resolved it’s been almost a month of fighting it. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want to be out of extra money.

Restaurant is struggling to find out or where it fits in the scale of restaurants. Prices are very high relative to the quality of the food. My steak was Precinct priced at Long Horn quality. Baked potato was the smallest I've ever been served. $280 for a party of 3 (no alcohol or desserts) and they bring creamer out in disposable packets. Staff seemed new to serving, but were relatively efficient. Except for the bus person, none were terribly friendly. The revolving view of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky is spectacular. I really hate giving mediocre/bad reviews, and honestly hope things improve.

We were married a few weeks ago & we were going to make reservations here for after the wedding (10 guests total), but decided to go more local. Yesterday we had an out of state guest & decided to give you a try. The Calamari appetizer was excellent, as was the crab, asparagus béarnaise enhancement. The main entree was so disappointing. Our steaks were over cooked even though the server offered to have them redone, they should have been prepared correctly the 1st time for the price & my husbands Brussel sprouts were not hot. I also had the Cesaer Salad which was not a fresh prepared salad, it was overloaded with dressing, croutons & parm cheese & lacked green romaine. We had to wait a very very long time for our 2nd round of drinks as well. The place was NOT crowded it was a Thursday evening & they couldn’t even find our reservation. Think twice before making a reservation here, so you won’t be as disappointed as we were.

I hate that I have to give them this review because everything about the night was amazing! Once I got home from an amazing weekend I noticed that my card had been charged twice! I reached out to the hotel and the restaurant and was told that the charge would drop off my account because it was pending after several times of telling them that the charge actually posted to my account. I spoke to the manager who then asked me to forward the information to him and I have yet to hear back from him. We went to the restaurant on March 16, 2024 and it is almost a month later and no follow up! I had to have my bank investigate the charge for me because the manager never responded. This was a horrible ending to such a lovely weekend.
