I have a great experience every time I visit the Kyle's Lane location. Sarah and the rest of the staff are very customer service oriented!
I came in with my husband after mass for breakfast. This was our first time out since Covid-19. Our server: Latasha H. was great.She greeted us at the door with a big smile, sat us in her station and took our order promptly. I think we found a new place to eat every Sunday after mass.

I visit other Frisch's and have never had a bad experience, but this Frisch's at 20 Kyle's Lane, Covington, KY location is 5-Stars Tops!!! Haley who works the Drive-thru Window Service and her Teammate Co-workers do an Outstanding Job. The Cook-Staff Team does a Remarkable Job on everything they cook/grill up, never has there ever been any food item that was not worthy of 5-Stars. A few friends who visit this Frisch's location have commented how glad they are that this Restaurant is in their neighborhood, they always have great experiences when visiting. Keep Up the Great 5-Stars Service!!!
