“Beautiful restaurant. The staff were good, except for our server. She was constantly trying to push alcohol at us, and we weren’t planning on ordering any. When we got there,We told her we were waiting on two others. Before the people we were waiting on arrived, she must have asked us 3-4 times if we were ready to order drinks other than water. Then after the others arrived, it was another 3-4 times. After we repeatedly said that we were going to stick with water. Then after our meal was finished and we were ready for dessert, she brought a complimentary glass of wine for each of us. I was appalled. After we sat there all night telling her that we didn’t want alcohol. I am thankful that we didn’t have someone at our table who was a recovering alcoholic. I mean, can you imagine? I’ve waited tables before, and if I had a whole table be so insistent on not ordering alcohol, I’m definitely not bringing them free drinks. She claimed it was because we were celebrating our anniversary. Well, maybe bring a free dessert instead or something. Or just say happy anniversary. She also interrupted us a lot, like came over and talked over us while we were in the middle of conversation. And she talked A LOT. I mean, we were trying to have a nice celebratory dinner and she was constantly interrupting and talking. I gave the service a four star rating because every other employee that we dealt with was awesome. If it wasn’t for her, it would have been five stars.The food was pretty good. I forgot to take pics, because I try not to have my phone out at a nice dinner. But I ordered the beef tartare, foie gras, and spring pea cappellacci. Beef tartare and foie gras are my two favorite dishes. The ones here were good, but they were probably the ones that I liked the least out of all the places I’ve tried them. The tartare was served with tiny little delicate waffle chips that broke immediately if you tried to put the beef on it. So I ended up just eating the beef with my fork, which was a first. It was also under seasoned. The foie gras seemed either of a lesser quality than I’ve had in the past, or not prepared as well. Usually, cutting through it is as easy as cutting through room temperature butter. There were times that the foie gras squished when I tried to cut it. The cappellacci was stunning. Really quite good. I did not expect that to be my favorite dish.Overall, I loved the atmosphere. Food was good but not great (especially for the price), and the server needs to work on her approach. Probably won’t go back.“

“Food: 4.5/5 They have macarons in every color of the rainbow. After trying many flavors, our favorites are the pistachio, birthday cake, and fruity cereal. The pistachio has a great pistachio flavor and is not overly sweet. The birthday cake is strawberry-forward and is excellent if you have a sweet craving. The fruity cereal tastes exactly like fruity pebbles. They have other flavors we enjoy as well, like salted caramel and Madagascar vanilla. They are delicious and so cute! Service: 3.5/5 Since they have the macarons prebaked, service is usually fast. They have other baked goods for sale that I haven't tried. They have cute long boxes they put them in. Atmosphere: 4/5 The storefront is small, with limited seating. The space is mainly filled with baking equipment. It's very clean and has a minimalist aesthetic with pops of color.“

“Friends recommended this restaurant for year but I didn't really consider it because I'm not vegan. I was missing out. 2 weeks ago I tried the Philly and I've had it 4 times since.nit is so good, perfectly prepared and the banana peppers hive it the perfect boost. I like mine without the ketchup but it is always perfect any way they serve it. Always get the house salad too. I save half for the next day and it stays fresh. The balsamic dressing is tasty. For the taste, quality, and dietary needs, this is a 5 out of 5! Missing a few big bites because i couldn't wait!“

“I’m a frequent customer because Nekter is amazing! They have great bowls and juices. I always feel healthier after eating/drinking their products. Only one confusing point: they have a saying “skip the line and order online.” Well yesterday I ordered ahead online, but when I got there they were busy with in-person orders. I was the very last person served despite having ordered before everyone. I received my order 20 minutes after the original estimated time. I asked the worker and she said they prioritize in person orders. So if they’re busy, I guess it’s faster to order in person? Otherwise great place and great staff.“

“We had family in town and ordered takeout twice from The Mango Tree. Both times we had a very large order and I have to say that not only was the food delicious, but we were so impressed that our order was correct both times No mistakes! The menu was just what we needed to satisfy all of our guests’ dietary needs. Also, we were happy with the prices. Very reasonable.“

“The place to go for dessert! The macarons are delicious in every flavor if you want a little bit of sweetness to finish dinner. You can get a 6 piece pack or a 12 piece pack and can choose to have different flavors in the pack. The store itself is small and plain but does not take away from the macarons. The cashier was very nice and let us take time to choose the flavors we were interested in. Definitely not a packed place to enjoy a bit of sweetness on a cold day.“

“Our family has always loved Dewey’s!! In the past year though the pizzas seem underdone when we’ve gotten them at the restaurant or done carry out…it makes us question now whether the price difference ($24-$28 for a Dewey’s vs $10-12 for a “chain pizza” ) is worth it! We love the service…top notch always; atmosphere is great; it’s really the pizza that has maybe changed…maybe a new cooking method?? Just being transparent!!“

“I placed an order for my daughter's birthday cake and they did an fantastic job. We found a picture of a cake my daughter wanted for her birthday and they were able to make it at an affordable price under $40. I called other local bakeries and was quoted $95 and up and another place quoted me $125. Thank you all for making beautiful affordable cakes. The cake was a delicious strawberry flavor and we will be returning in the future for other birthday cakes.“

“My nephew invited me to join him for coffee at Sidewinder Coffee. This was an establishment that I had never heard of before. Now that I have been there I highly recommend it for quick meetings. The atmosphere is comfortable, well lit, and they play music. (Jazz at first and then metal. I asked if they could return to jazz and thankfully, they did.) The coffee was delicious, hot, and could be flavored with various additives and creamers. If you are in Northside and want to enjoy coffee and conversation, the Sidewinder is just the place!“

“Let me explain something to you. This place has cupcakes. But ignore that.It should be called Gigi's Cookies. Their stuffed cookies, specifically peanut butter stuffed cookies, was drafted up by God's own design. The butter cream stuffing was perfect. The peanut butter cookie itself was perfect, and there's two, so that is double perfect. It was phenomenal. I will dream of those cookies until I go back.P.S. I would take a photo but they're already gone.“

“Many American style Chinese food like Pandas. We tried the Guo Bao Pork as it's crispy with sweet and sour sauce. The Hot sour noodles are all right but we hope there will be some more sauce. The Dry braised Green Cabage is good and decent with rice. The pep corn chili Sauce fish with many pep inside, the fish is wrapped with too much flour. A general good choice for Chinese cuisine in the area.“

“Yeah, my lady and I are definitely pizza fans. How could anyone not be? Especially with so many good pizza spots around. Personally I'd have to add this to the list of must-try places. Classic pub-style pizza made great! My lady and I live nearby and have been wanting to try this place for a bit. Finally, on a Saturday afternoon, we did and definitely enjoyed it. The place itself is pretty big with lots of seating, both inside and outside on the patios. Wanna watch the game? There are plenty of big screen TVs around. Their beer selection is quite impressive. They also have a nice wine selection and full bar. Their menu is loaded with lots of classic pub grub options. I had to start with some spicy garlic wings and a pint of Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy. My lady ordered a glass of malbec. We both enjoyed the wings. They had just the right amount of spicy kick, LOTS of garlic, and they were pretty big. As for our pizza, we ordered a 12" with ground beef, mushrooms, and banana peppers (our go-to create your own combo) along with a side of garlic sauce (yeah, we love garlic. No wonder vampires never visit us.). The pizza was VERY delicious. Even the crust was good enough that it didn't need any sauce. Mac's is an excellent pizza spot, bit they're far more than just pizza. Needless to say, my lady and I will be back again to try more of their tasty food and libations.“

“Always have. Consistently great food and service at Dewey’s and especially at the one in Green Township. Salads were fresh and full other flavor. Pizza was great. I think 5 different servers checked on us during our meal, which was nice. As one got busy, someone immediately came over. Definitely would go back.“
