What a unique experience! Such a beautiful ambiance. Definitely a place I will come back to with friends and family! That Caesar salad was the best Caesar salad I've ever had in my entire life!!!!!

Mama's gets it right from start to finish. Thank you to the welcoming gentleman host who warmly greeted us when we arrived, and to Nicole who was an excellent and attentive server who made my 80 year old mama feel like a queen for the night. All food was delicious and the desserts are beyond compare. We have had nearly everything on the menu by now and have enjoyed every dish. Already looking forward to the next visit!

The bread service was outstanding. The chicken and eggplant parm were very good in texture and flavor but not 5 star quality. There isn't all that much selection in the menu. four or five entrees and an assortment of pastas, three desserts, three or four salads. but all good. I would go back but not make a special effort

Everything was great! Our server was outstanding. The complimentary dessert was the perfect finishing touch for the birthday we were celebrating. This was our first visit but we'll definitely be back.

Mama's was my favorite NKY restaurant, so it pains me to write this. I went for my birthday on Monday (4/29) and was sat upstairs, and it is a completely different (and way worse) atmosphere than downstairs. Right off the bat, I saw mouse traps EVERYWHERE. The server said it was because of the construction next door and made it sound like it wasn't a big deal. Then she asked what we wanted to drink, and she refused to look at us in the eyes. Then she complained about how she was supposed to be on the patio but was forced to work upstairs even though she doesn't like stairs. The foccacia is normally warm and fresh, and it was cold and stale. The red table wine is normally great, and it was AWFUL (and had a weird film?). The chicken parmesan and tiramisu was great (as usual), but that was the only positive. I don't know what happened but Mama's has fallen WAY off my list of best restaurants in NKY. It's sad.

Great food and drinks! We sat outside on a beautiful sunny day. Besides the annoying motorcycle passing by the vibe was great. Would have expected bigger pasta plates for an Italian restaurant, but the quality was still great!

We went on a Weds eve with a reservation. Super busy. Large parties on both sides of us. Super loud. Could barely have a conversation. Cute, eclectic decor. Very small room. Ordered bread service(why it's not complimentary, I'm not sure), calamari and 4 pasta dishes and a Cesar salad (never came) along with wine. Small portions for the price and pretty basic. It took a very long time to get our food. The wait staff never checked on us. After a $175 bill we were still hungry and disappointed. Based on other reviews, I had high hopes for this place. We took our daughters out for their 22nd birthday celebration which I told them about. I guess they don't do anything for special occasions. We'll stick with Sotto or Pepp.

I stopped by Mama's while on a work trip looking for solid Italian food. This is a hard find in the Cincinnati area, but Mama's delivers. The chicken Parmesan was good, but the meatballs are the winner. Perfect date night place with an inviting atmosphere, definitely worth trying.

Beautiful, lively atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed their entrees- just felt they were a bit expensive for what we got. The wine selection is nice and not super pricey!

My husband and I have been to many "fancier" and "more upscale" Italian restaurants but their food didn't hold a candle to the meal we had at Mama's! The arancini and calamari were amazing! The chicken Parm was delicious and a perfect entree portion. The mushroom pasta was delightful and the meatballs and broccolini were the perfect accompaniment. The desserts looked good but we didn't have room. My husband said his Manhattan was one of the best in town. The atmosphere was cool and the music was great but it was a bit loud and crowded but honestly the food made to for it!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a side door with no step. I entered the main door and asked the hostess if my husband could use the side door. She happily met us both there, which worked well for his mobility issues. Might be too crowded for a wheelchair to comfortably navigate.

This place is phenomenal. Way better than Collette and hand in hand with Sotto. Service was amazing and food was astounding. Their gnocchi was spectacular and I’m not the biggest fan of gnocchi in general. They were delicious little pillows. Everything I’ve had here was beyond good.
