“Loved our dining experience at Bouqet. Our server Ella was great! We tried the focaccia bread (delicious) and the cheese plate to start. Loved the pickled options. We also tried the steak, meatballs, and salmon. All were so good. The only reason I didn't give full 5 stars due to the noise level from a neighboring table. They were even nice enough to provide a complimentary dessert to apologize for the table's rowdiness. Would definitely recommend and return!“

“Firstly, the food was good. The burger wasn't the best I've had but it was good. Probably not worth the drive for me, though. The staff were friendly, too.I am irritated with the wait time. When we arrived, we were told that there was a 30 minute wait. Because of how hyped up this place is, we decided to wait. And truly, 30 minutes on a Saturday during peak times is not unreasonable. What annoyed me is that it wasn't until we were seated that we were advised of the food orders being behind and we weren't given an estimate of how long that wait was either. Had we been told upon arriving that we would be there for 2 hours, we would have opted to leave. The owner (I think) was at the host stand when we were deciding whether to wait 30 minutes to be seated. He was friendly but this was his opportunity to let us know that the kitchen was about an hour behind. I think it is disingenuous to tell people there is a 30 minute wait time and not tell them until they are seated that the food orders are behind.It's an issue that has been noted in other reviews, so I don't understand why it's still a problem. Something in their process isn't working.I don't know if we will be back but we will definitely go during non peak times if we do.Editing to add a star because of the owner's response. He seems to care and I appreciate that.“

“I visit other Frisch's and have never had a bad experience, but this Frisch's at 20 Kyle's Lane, Covington, KY location is 5-Stars Tops!!! Haley who works the Drive-thru Window Service and her Teammate Co-workers do an Outstanding Job. The Cook-Staff Team does a Remarkable Job on everything they cook/grill up, never has there ever been any food item that was not worthy of 5-Stars. A few friends who visit this Frisch's location have commented how glad they are that this Restaurant is in their neighborhood, they always have great experiences when visiting. “Just moved to Covington heard alot about Libby's, so decided to check it out. I will say they have some of the best chicken, was not dry at all like a few other reviews state. I'm a picky eater when it comes to Mac/cheese and mash potatoes. Libby's seems to make both just the way I like 'em, so so good. One of the people that was with me ordered the Charlie Brown, they were not sure if they were gonna like it, well they loved it and will order it again. It is a little pricey but all that we had was um um so good. Oh and our server was AMAZING!(sorry don't remember her name). I would definitely recommend Libby's.? to Libby'sParking: They do have a parking lot for about 15 cars for dine-in but there is plenty of street parking.“

“One of the staff thought it'd be 'funny' to try and steal my purse. I was watching the band play and he tried to take my purse from me. He only stopped pulling on my purse when my friend and I yelled at him. He tried to play it off as a joke. I didnt get his name. We left after the incident. This place is not safe for women when staff are behaving like this.“

“These fellas were slammed in a Friday night. My order accidentally got given away to another customer. These things happen the staff remade the entire $70 order and we're so nice about everything. What good customer service should be! Great food!“

“Had the pleasure of working with the fine folks at Mac's to host my father's surprise retirement party. I can't express enough how great of an experience it was for him and our guests. Matt and Mandy were excellent with accommodations and our bartenders felt like members of the family by nights end. You guys should be very proud of the staff, the ambience, and food. We will absolutely work with you again in the future and if anyone who is reading this is considering a space for an event...well..look no further! Highly highly recommend!!!!“
