Discrimination and racial bias should never be tolerated. Last night a white patron accosted me and my employees and to everyone’s surprise including several spectators the bar decided to remove me while allowing the white patron to stay. Through the entirety of the situation I remained calm and did not even react in defense of myself and the staff did nothing to come to my defense. I have the right to a safe environment and they failed to provide at least that. When asked why they removed me while letting him stay they told us it was at their managers request because they knew the aggressor but not us. They allowed my white employees to stay should they want but revived only only the minorities in our group. We are highly disappointed and are considering legal actions to remedy.
