“The poor gal working was the only employee for today. She was apologetic, explained the situation, and proceeded to do a fantastic job serving all the customers. The donuts and pastries are superb. Need a fruit cake for Xmas? They have freshly made fruitcakes for sale. They also had bread. I have not tasted their fresh bread, but if it's anything like the donuts, pastries, fritters, etc. then it has to be delicious. They've been in the area as long as I can remember...there's a reason for that.“

“Love, love, love their chocolate eclairs and filled longjohns! If their glazed round and twists were as tender and fluffy as they used to be, I'd rate them 5 stars. My Family Loves the smiley face cookies and danishes too. I understand the turnovers and cream horns are the best. My dad used to get him some every week when he was alive.“

“All I can say is... Shame on you people! You have pushed my last button! And I REFUSE to be treated so inhumane by this pharmacy staff including the pharmacists. And I REFUSE to be quiet! I take 24 meds a day, so I get confused about some meds at times & asked the pharmacist to please explain it again & I thought I had it right & she just said "whatever" Really? Then last Tues the female person at the walk up window got Very nasty, rude & sarcastic with me & making smirk faces at me with her back turned where no one in the pharmacy saw her! After proving on record the pharmacist told me the day before my meds would be ready at 11am NOT 5pm! And they still were'nt ready! So I asked that female person when can I get them as they were supposed to be ready six hours ago. She gets sarcastic & says "they might be ready in a few minutes or a few hours"! I said well I need them NOW. She told me to "Chill out" & I said No....I'm going back to my car & wait ten minutes & I will be back to pick up my meds that were supposed to be ready 11am! As I walked away that female person said "Whatever"...... I took a few steps & it really upset me big time, so I turned around & pointed my finger on that glass window at her smug face & I said "Don't you ever be rude with me" & she started giving me looks that could kill "even though she looked rough" I call the pharmacist while in their lot & told her what happened & she said she overheard everything, but not very sorry about it! I said Look... I want my meds like they should be & NOW! So they had them in 10 mins. I go back to the window to get them & that thang is still working the window. She asked for my ID & I put it in the door & when she put my meds in the door with my ID, she said have a great evening... I said I most definitely will & you do the same... And right before I walked away from the window I tapped my ID on the glass & she looked me & I said " Be nice,,, you might get somewhere" She gave me more dirty looks as I walked away. Well I been researching & talking to the "right" people about this. And 80% of the time they LIE when they say your meds will be ready for pick up! Even if you call in advance to confirm they're ready, you get there to pick them up & they don't have them ready or don't have enough or send you on a goose chase to other Krogers at the last minute! I am mainly speaking out & taking some action for the elderly & mentally sick that get treated with such disrespect from Silverlake/Erlanger Kroger Pharmacy. They cannot continue getting away with being disrespectful & unprofessional to their own customers! It Needs to Stop! Our lives are basically in their hands & this is how they treat people!“

“Top notch German food. The schnitzel sandwich is a must try, as well as a pretzel to share.Very small space inside and decent outdoor area with picnic tables that's enclosed with heaters during the colder months. Parking is available on the street in front or in a small lot around the corner. Service (indoor) has been lovely each time. Can't wait to go back again!“

“Cincinnati, OH. Our grandson tells all his friends from out of town they have to visit Brown Bear Bakery; it’s #1 on his Must Visit in Cincinnati list. He’s got a following on social media for his bourbon and cigars reviews and is a Cincy native so we obeyed and came here.Saturday, half an hour after opening, there was a line of friendly relaxed people shivering in the cold wind and chatting happily about what might await them inside.It’s a small-ish shop with potted plants in the window, a few tables inside and a couple tables outside, barstool seating along the front window, and a busy bakery behind the amazing display of outlandishly good pastries.So I forgot the name of the people who were so welcoming, but they had blond curly hair (“Smiles served up here!”) and longer black hair. They were incredibly welcoming! And the real deal. Beyond customer service they were good people. They were also crazy foodies.“Which is your favorite?” I asked and the person with blond hair told me which items are seasonal, which sell out soon, and which are always there because they’re perennial favorites (the chocolate chip cookies).Everything I got was great!!! The cappuccino, carrot cake, raspberry topped almond croissant, cinnamon roll, mint matcha cookie, and chocolate chip cookie were better than we imagined. They really are unique recipes.Yeah, five pastries for the 2 of us. I said I was taking them to my grandchildren but they don’t really eat sweets. So…the 2 of us really enjoyed them!!We drove down the freeway sampling the divine goods and loudly exclaiming, “OH! This one is so good!!!” etc.If we lived here we’d be big as a house.Highly recommend!!!!“

“I would never patronize an establishment co owned by Jaci Fantetti. Jaci totalled my cadillac down to my license plate three years ago on her third DUI and when given a sobriety test of which she could hardly stand up said, can't we wrap this up? you can see she's fine (me). she has an active warrant for being cited to court and not showing and was still actively bartending after that. no remorse and could have killed us but we weren't in the car that night (it was parked on the street) She also hit my car so hard going 55 in a 25 that she pushed my car into my daughter's SUV and almost totalled hers. she's had a string of evictions as well. on woodbine Ave in cheviot. look it up for yourself.“

“You know it's a good bakery when they sell out everyday! You most definitely want to get to this hot spot early. I have never liked doughnuts, like ever. Until I tried the doughnuts at OakBrook Bakery! They are absolutely amazing and you can tell that a lot of love went into them! They also have amazing soft pretzels, cookies, cupcakes, and more. I absolutely love their icing. It is so good, and everything is made fresh daily! I highly recommend going here.“
