“Julie our server was outstanding! The beverages, appetizers, entrees and desserts were top notch. Rodney and the staff were awesome - they held our reservation for 2 hours as we were late getting there from the KY Oaks. Rodney's on Broadway is a “hidden” gem!“

“My wife and I went to Fava’s for the first time this afternoon. It being Mother’s Day, they were super busy and had no tables available. A very nice gentleman let us know there was a bench outside if we wanted to wait and apologized for any inconvenience. We weren’t in any rush and it was a beautiful day, so we waited maybe 5-10 minutes and enjoyed the view of Georgetown’s Main St. a table opened up and we were notified. Everyone on staff was so polite from start to finish. We got our drinks when a table of six came in looking to be seated. We were asked if we would mind moving, which was no hassle, so we happily obliged. The same gentleman that was already apologetic about the wait told us we could each have pie on the house, which was already very gracious for what felt like small, if at all, inconveniences. We ordered two meals and the pretzels and beer cheese appetizer. Even with a packed house it only took a few minutes for the food to start rolling out to us. My wife and I commented on how flavorful the beer cheese was and before we knew it we had our food. Everything was delicious. I had a pretty basic order of chicken strips and fries and my wife had the open-faced roast beef. The chicken was lightly battered, flavorful, and crisp. My wife loved every bit of her order. We received our free pie at the end, one chocolate and one butterscotch. Absolutely wonderful. She was actually starting to leave a good review at that point because of how great the food was along with the staff being so friendly with us and everyone around us; but her phone died. We started to head to pay our check and our server let us know that the meal was comped due to the wait and moving tables. The gentleman that helped us in the beginning and checked on our experience a couple times throughout let us know that he didn’t want to charge for a subpar experience and thanked us for coming in today. Everything was already so pleasant to us, we were blown away. We will absolutely be returning, frequently. We can’t wait to try the breakfast!“

“We ate dinner or lunch at First Watch at least 4 times during our 2-week stay in the area and seriously could have eaten there daily. We loved the food that's so fresh and reasonably priced! We're planning to come again when we're in town!“

“Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. My food could not have been taken care of worse. I ordered a 16 oz. sirloin cooked medium, and was brought a well done steak. Not really a big deal, it happens. They returned the steak and a manager brought me out another one. I cut through it and it looked better and told the manager it was alright. The more I cut through it, the more I was able to tell that it was just as well done as the first steak. I let my waitress know (who was very kind and very helpful and genuinely felt sorry) and had her return it and not worry about bringing me another one. The manager returned to tell me that “since the first steak was returned half eaten, I can discount your bill”. The steak was not half eaten. I returned both steaks almost completely untouched and maybe tried 1-2 bites of each to see if it was okay to eat, so I wasn’t really sure where she got that I had eaten half of the first steak. Again, the waitress we had, who I think was a blonde lady named Bobbie (I could be wrong with that name) was very kind and felt sorry, but the manager I dealt with felt like she was very irritated to have to deal with me having 2 wrongly cooked steaks. She took off the price of the steaks off my bill, but still made me pay for my soda. No apology and nothing to make up for me sitting in there for over an hour and not getting any dinner. I guess the manager just wasn’t having it. Again, thank you to the waitress we had, she was very kind. But I feel like I should’ve at least had my soda taken care of for them screwing up my dinner and ultimately not getting anything at all. Very disappointed“

“The food was delicious. Our favorite is the butter burgers. They have so many options to top your frozen custard. The lines were very long, we went thru the drive-thru around 5pm and it took at least 15 minutes. I would recommend going for dinner sometime after 6 if you can. Overall, great experience.“

“Every time I have driven past this place I kick myself for not having tried it yet. So tonight I went for the first time, it was truly an amazing experience. It just looks like a cool place to begin with. The front porch is lined with jockey statues. The building looks like an old Roadhouse tavern. When you enter the front door you are met with an almost room length bar on the left side, barrel and stool seating along the right side. Empty bourbon bottles are the light fixtures hanging from the ceiling. There's a stage in the back of the room, I made a mental note to return when there's live music. Horse country themed art and artifacts adorn the walls, the back of the bar is classic tavern- a wide variety of bourbons and spirits to try and enjoy. The menu is bar food, pizza and some pretty tempting descriptions of burgers and sandwiches. They have appetizers and desserts to frame your meal if you have room for them. I went on a Friday night and Friday is "all you can eat catfish night." That's what I ordered with tater tots and coleslaw. The fish was fresh. Lightly battered and perfectly fried. I had several pieces and they were all good sized and honestly the best catfish I have ever had. The tots were good, the slaw was better than average and we ordered fried mushrooms to start with and they were good too. The owner was there and came by our table several times to ask if we were enjoying ourselves. The servers were his family members. They were all very friendly and genuinely trying their best to make us as comfortable as possible. The restaurant is cash only which you should know before you go, there is an atm machine available but if you're prepared it might be easier. There's plenty of parking in the rear behind the restaurant and in nice weather they have a patio area you could use to enjoy a beverage outdoors. I can't wait to take someone here for their first time and share Golden's Pub & Deli with a friend.“

“I had a lot of people recommend this place to me. I don’t drink so I can’t comment on that part. Food was ok, nothing special. My wife said grilled cheese had too much bread. Service was good. Flat bread apple pie and ice cream was good.“

“The one star reviews recently is from 2 immature disgruntled ex-employees. Those other reviews are correct. Legal actions has been started against one employee. Those who comes to Georgetown Steak N Shake knows your being treated like family. This is only comment ill be making on this event.“

“My party of 5 went to Cracker Barrel on Sunday around 5:00pm. It wasn't real busy. Our waitress came and we placed our drink orders as well as ordered our meal. I ordered this country fried turkey wit green beans and mashed potatoes with white gravy. My husband ordered the Southern fried chicken with two sides. My son ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and a 2nd side that he didn't get. His wife ordered Mac and cheese with chicken and dumplings with a sampler plate. For her son, chicken fingers dinner. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food and when it came, my fried turkey andashed potatoes had no gravy. My food was all just barely warm. My sons mashed potatoes had no gravy. My son's wife's food was cold and she asked to get hot dishes. We all ordered biscuits and cornbread but had to ask for it again.y husband and I go to Cracker Barrel several times over the past few months and our food has always been really good. Our waitress was really sweet and attentive, my complaint is with the people platimg up the food. It took so long for us to get our food and then everything was cold.“
