Their white chicken chili and gumbo are two of my favorite things. The employees are always so nice and friendly and it's such a fun vibe with all the artwork and eclectic decor! The restaurant is located in a little shopping center with some other restaurants and businesses, and the parking lot is often packed as a result.”

Tuna tartare was very good. Dinner was disappointing, airline chicken, half of a very small chicken breast and a small leg and thigh with half a double baked potato it was okay. Pricey for chicken. Crab cake was mushy not lump crab cake and seemed deep fried, tasty rice and a few pieces of asparagus. We were not impressed at all with this dish for the price we paid. It is so cozy and cute with plenty of unique games for the little ones to enjoy. I have always felt welcomed. Also the smell when you walk through the door is divine! We have been big fans of the biscuits and various treats for awhile, but have not visited as much recently due to some dietary restrictions for our family. I contacted them about creating two custom dye-free birthday sets for my children and they were so wonderful to work with! Ashley sourced natural dyes for our order per my recommendations as it is not something they keep on hand and charged me only an extra $5 to do so. The cakes came out beautiful, more vibrant than expected, and were so delicious! They were perfect and we had two very happy birthday kids! The food is excellent and a very good value. I always get a salad because it is fresh and cold. The breadsticks are way better than olive gardens. Every entree is excellent! I’ve never had a bad experience or meal at Fazolis. I travel a lot and Fazoli’s is the best value I have found for fresh and healthy fast food. Lunch specials may seem small but they are always just enough and very high quality. The rewards program is very nice as the points add up fast. When I’m out, I always look for Fazolis!”

I hate to be that person, but even though they were packed, the staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked for recommendations for local beers and information about a couple of dishes.We ended up with the spicy beef dumplings for an appetizer (if you like Japanese gyoza, these taste very similar to the one's "mama" in Japan makes). Yum yum!He got the Malone's twin filets with bearnaise. (There's also Harry's twin filets, and there is a difference in price! The Malone's comes with a bottomless salad and side, Harry's comes with a side. We didn't ask the difference, that's just what I noticed on the menu.) The filets had a perfect sear, glistening center, and very nice seasoning! Mac & cheese as a side was nice and creamy, ooey gooey with cheesy goodness! (To be clear, the bottomless salad is mixed lettuces, not mixed greens that people from elsewhere in the country might expect. Fine with us because we grew up in the Midwest.
