“In town for a conference for the week. This place is impeccably clean, easy to figure out, has a friendly staff and most importantly delicious food that is fairly priced. Order your burger, wait for your number to be called, dress your burger from the toppings bar, and enjoy your meal. I ate here 4 times and never left stuffed, just satisfied. I topped my burger with everything and it never fell apart in my hand and never made a mess. Well done to the owner behind the glass expediting the orders.“

“Always a great time! Grounds are kept clean, staff is always wonderful, shuttles are provided back and fourth to the races. Can’t comment on prices as I did not do anything that personally cost me money, but I would say for events, etc it would be average for the area. Such a beautiful place! Lots of room too!“

“The secret of this place, that no longer seems to be a secret, is the way they treat you when you are there. The burgers are the best in town and so are the fresh cut fries. “We stopped in here on New Year's Eve afternoon for a couple of drinks before heading to our hotel for the evening. Jack and Donna were both amazingly nice folks. They made us feel very comfortable and we enjoyed our conversation with them. We'll definitely stop in again when we're in the area.“

“Hey, not what I expected, I'll be honest lol.When I see "sports bar" I tend to think of some flashy place with mediocre service but massive tvs, and that's all I really needed... I just wanted a beer and to watch three football games at the same time.What I got instead was a cozy bar with legit regulars and the bartender treated me like a regular too. Everybody was friendly, the beer was cold, and I stayed longer than I planned to haha!They're not a modern sports bar. But who really wants that environment? At backstretch, the people are nice. That's a 5 star bar!“

“Stumbled upon this place while in town for a UK campus tour. Service was quick, food was amazing, and it was affordable. Going to have to come back later and try the burger. I got the fish fillets but the family raved about the burgers. Also, the owners were beyond kind and accommodating ❤️“

“Was at proud Mary's for mothers day and had an wonderful time. Food was amazing. Upstairs bathroom was super clean. Out side area was super clean staff was also amazing and super clean. I see comments about an bathroom being not so clean. Well here is what I have to say don't let your children stuff whole roles of butt paper in the John's and if u make a mess let some one know. And the place is very old and down stair is an over flow restroom u would be complaining if it was closed. Yes it has water in floor but also seen a boy and girl playing in sink and stall. Over 5 out of if I could give 6 stars I would.“

“Was an awesome stay, rooms was very clean and Juana from room service did an excellent job keeping fresh towels stocked up for us, bed made, etc. But the all star of my stay was Abbey at the restaurant bar. She recommended the burger which was large and awesome along with beverages, she was very attentive, detail oriented, knowledgeable and friendly. I wish everyone that worked at the Marriott were like this and very well informed. The free bourbon tastings from 4-6 was a cool thing I have never experienced before.“
