“We were seated promptly after walking by garbage cans on the sidewalk that blocked the path. Our appitizers were good, lettuces with pistachios dressing, thank you for splitting it for us. Tuna tartare was very good. Dinner was disappointing, airline chicken, half of a very small chicken breast and a small leg and thigh with half a double baked potato it was okay. Pricey for chicken. Crab cake was mushy not lump crab cake and seemed deep fried, tasty rice and a few pieces of asparagus. We were not impressed at all with this dish for the price we paid. Delicious dessert, excellent.“

“We had dinner with another couple. Front/bar was super noisy so we opted for a booth in the back in order to have a conversation. Service was very good. Husband and I ordered the ravioli and the chicken Ceasar salad to share. All good but salad was very small for the price. I'm not a big eater but left feeling hungry even though we had chocolate torte for dessert.“

“If you haven't experienced Ole Hookers you are missing out on meeting some of the best people in Lexington, Kentucky! From the owners to the bartenders and the regulars, you will feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. Hump Day Bingo, Karaoke, Happy Hour, just any occasion or no occasion at all. Make sure you have a cocktail or two in the best bar in town. Now that the weather has been getting warmer, you can sit outside and watch all of the downtown hustle and bustle while enjoying conversation and an adult beverage!“

“The Burgoo Stew is the perfect comfort food and paired with the spicy pimento cheese sandwich, Jesus Christ, it was absolutely amazing. The service was great as well. The only thing that I have to drop points on us atmosphere and its simply because there isn't enough seating in the place. They could have 200 more seats and there wouldn't be enough though. I had to stand for a very long time before I could sit down and order.“

“Extensive bourbon and whiskey lists, delicious cocktails, and tasty food makes this place a must visit. Recommend trying the bread sticks, meatballs, bourbon glazed salmon, and any of the burgers. The only regret was not trying their pizza!Parking: Large parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Ramp access available“
“Stopped in and got a flight of bourbon. I told the bartender my desired price point and different bourbons that I like and he hand picked 4 really good bourbons I’ve never had before. He was also able to tell me a ton of details about each bourbon, which I really appreciated. Definitely worth trying this place out!“

“The food is fantastic. We tried the chicken wings and soft pretzels to start and both were delicious. I am super picky about my pretzels and these really were spot on. Just a slight crunch with a soft, chewy inside! All of our burgers were very good sized, perfectly cooked, and incredibly juicy. ?To top things off, our server was friendly and made sure our experience was great.“

“Had lunch 3/28/24. I had the salmon salad. Large, thick blackened filet on a bed of salad fixings. Husband had buffalo chicken sandwich with cheddar tots. Both from lunch special menu. Two large unsweetened teas. Excellent. Perfectly cooked salmon. $37.44 prior to tip. Such a deal!“

“This is the BEST place for brunch in Lexington! The menu for brunch is great. I can no longer eat eggs and I’m not a huge pancake/French toast person so brunch places can be difficult for me. They have just enough non-breakfast choices to choose from and they’re all fantastic instead of being hit or Miss. Also, if cocktails with brunch are your thing (like mine) the bottomless choices and prices cannot be beat in this town!“

“Stopped yesterday for some beers with family. Unfortunately the food truck was packing up as we arrived. We did get there late so... Love the place! Hung out at a picnic table enjoying the evening. Good beer selection as well as cocktails. Beer was just how we like it, ICE COLD. Bar keep was extremely pleasant and cordial. I see that they put in a small stage and we're looking forward to some music. Everyone should stop by and enjoy this establishment because you won't regret it. Looking forward to visiting again (and again).“

“If you're looking for a bar with a ~vibe~ this is it. I went for a happy hour with some girlies on a Wednesday and we had no trouble finding a table or a parking spot behind the building. The drink menu had tons of options and some interesting flavor combinations. I tried the Clooney, which was a tequila drink. There was also a blue cheese washed vodka drink so if you're into that it looked good. They had some happy hour specials that ended at 6 I think. Overall a good little cocktail bar.“

“This bar is the best kept secret in downtown Lexington. The place is clean and cozy with great energy, good drinks, with plenty of TVs, a pool table, a nice patio and actual parking. We went on a Tuesday night for a Quentin Tarantino movie marathon and we had a blast! Also a Fun place to chill before or after UK game Bartenders are friendly and the service is right on the money!“

“We went there for breakfast because the Dunkin Donuts card reader was not working. There was only one gentleman behind the bar and he was amazing. The place slowly became packed due to the Dunkin issue and he was on top of every customer with friendliness and efficiency. This man was the epitome of someone you would want to represent your business! I didn’t get his name or I would be shouting it off the rooftop!!GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!“

“I had never been out on St. Patrick's Day. I went to O'Neills with a friend and we had a great great time. They had karaoke and a live band and I was really surprised at all the people that were there and the food they were serving was on one sheet of paper. This made sense because it was so crowded. You couldn't make all that food off of the regular menu so that was a good idea. They did good there.“
“We ate there last night and the service and the food were excellent. Can’t wait to visit again. We enjoyed the deviled eggs, roasted oysters, cannon balls, chicken livers, whitefish piccata and the shrimp gnocchi. The three of us were impressed with the delicious food and vibrant atmosphere.“

“Definitely recommend stopping in. We were welcomed by Jesse and the owner although we arrived on the later side of their business hours. We were able to hear about how Uncle 7’s got its name in addition to its connection to Sicilian family history.“

“From the cozy couches to the amazing curated cocktails by amazing mixologists, Harvey's sets itself above the rest. There are several very fine places in downtown Lexington that will provide their own unique service and style but the folks at Harvey's are a step above. Whether you're just down for a single cocktail or ready to make it your home for a few hours, I strongly recommend stopping by and giving them a try. I have been going here for a couple of years now and love every time I walk in. My favorite cocktail is the Old Fashion with their very own barrel select Knob Creek... A pour you will remember... Oh, and tell 'em Greg recommended it!“

“On 3/15/24, my husband and I had a delightful date night at this new pizza spot. Despite sparse parking near the campus, we lucked out during spring break. We sampled a beer flight and savored the old world-style “drunken mushroom” pizza, along with a Caesar salad and hot honey chicken wings. The food was served promptly and deliciously. The casual ambiance of the spacious interior, coupled with immediate service due to the few customers present, added to our enjoyment. The house-made dressings elevated the flavors significantly. We’d easily rate it 10/10 and would return, though we wish they offered cauliflower or gluten-free options. Their pizza-by-the-slice option is perfect for those not looking to commit to a whole pie. There is also a shared restaurant inside that serves late night food options, but it was closed due to spring break. Regardless, it is definitely worth checking this place out.“
“This place is a staple in the Euclid area and, despite its small size, pulls in an eclectic mix of entertainers. They do a good job making bands sound good without the volume being fatiguing and catch their kitchen for loaded mac and cheese.“
“Ona is a really great spot for a cocktail: reasonable prices, great seating, chill ambiance, and the cocktails are delicious! The service was friendly and efficient-we had a couple friends who didn't want an alcoholic beverage and on the spot they made a citrus mocktail that was refreshing and delicious! They also have daily specials in which they have a discounted cocktail (different ones for each day of the week) and they are $5! We got the Friday special which was a Dark N Stormy (a rum based Moscow mule sort of cocktail!) and it was great!“
“So I made my first trip to the Office Lounge this afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised!! The bartender Ronnie was so friendly and welcoming. He made me an amazing drink and everyone here seems to know each other. It is definitely geared toward the fellas with the pool tables and big TV's but I felt right at home. While I was here there was talk about Halloween festivities so I will definately be back. More than likely way before then!“
“Great little bar for a date night or grabbing a drink with some friends. The inside is small so don't expect to bring your 15 closest friends and all find a spot by each other. Service was fast and friendly and the prices are fair. It looked like there was some outdoor seating for when it's nice and you can grab some food from Favor too. Cool spot.“

“This place is legit. Good meats and good eats. You got to do the deep fried bacon cheese macaroni balls. Drizzle the bourbon BBQ sauce on those little spherical wonders and send me a thank you. You're welcome. And for the main, go all carnal and order the meats sampler platter and grab your choice of sauce. Splash, splatter and slather your plate till all you have left is an empty platter and some sloppy fingers. This place brings new meaning to finger licking good, but be sure to bring an extra shirt or a Tide Pen because surely in your exuberance you'll have "Bob Rossed" yourself. Oh...and the service was incredible. Courtney is the best!!!! Ask for her and tip her big time. She deserves it. If it wasn't for her the food still would have been good, but because of her service this place was a 12/10. Worth every penny.... and the three hour drive just to dine.“
“What a wonderful little spot. I used to frequent this bar for years when I lived in Lexington. Now it's different than most bars. They don't serve food but it is connected to the bar next door which a little more upscale. So I'm guessing the owner owns both bars. It's a nice dive bar to hang out at and listen to music. They did update it and add a tunes box which you can pick and choose your music to play. Now they do ask for two forms of so be prepared for that. Yes the bar is a little worn down but the scenery of what it has looked like for years has not changed much. They did use to to have pictures of people that have been at the bar on the walk as soon as you walked in. They have since taken them down. It does get full fast. You will be shoulder to shoulder with people while you are there. You make friends with strangers like I did. Now if you have bubble issues this is not the place for you. Outside of that. Have fun and enjoy this dive bar. You should stop in.“

“I loved Drake's! My friend and her husband had us go here for dinner as it's one of her favorites. I understand why! I love a menu that brings in options, from wings, salads, burgers to sushi rolls! Not featured in my photos was my amazing bbq burger. I ate the entire burger and fries. Best to say I was full! To back track: we had the pretzels to start off which were nice and soft. Loved the dipping sauces. I had one of their special salmon rolls and I was very happy with it. They had a lot of good options - it was hard to pick. Honestly so pleased, our server Katelyn was super friendly and prompt. I would recommend for those who like various options of great food!“
“Al's is a great local spot for loud music, cheap drinks, and strong women... or some combination of the above. It's also the only place I play a decent round of pool! For a 'dive bar', it also has exceptionally clean restrooms.“

“Had an awesome time here in Lexington! Bartenders were nice and helpful explaining some of the bourbons to us. We had the Peri Peri wings which we really enjoyed! The french fry appetizer was actually great... don't be scared by the words pork roll! The sliders were also cooked really well and super enjoyable. The real winner here though is the cocktails and the bourbon selection. Three people with us at the bar recommended their old fashioned which really did hit the spot on the hot day. If you're in Lexington on a weekday I definitely suggest going here!“

“Nice chat with the main chef when I visit this restaurant. She is very knowledgeable about the nigiri ? and different salts that I have never heard about it. I like the atmosphere in there and definitely will come again if I visit Lex again. Plus I also like the Zensai-crispy rice the boy chef made it, the sauce is my favorite. ? yummy“
