I was very unsatisfied with my experience at this location. My Impossible Whopper was gross, and the plant-based patty was not of a quality as good as I've had at other locations. The sandwich didn't have ketchup. I also wasn't given a receipt with my purchase. This is the first time in years I've come back to try BK. Another depressing excuse for "food."

We went from the North side to check the lane allen restaurant out and was well worth it. Everything was fresh,hot and tasted great .Great store.

Drive through employee can’t seem to get my order right, been to this location twice in the past 2 months and it was wrong both times. Ordered a number 1 no cheese, got a number 1 with cheese and egg, no sausage both

It wasn't busy. Person took my order. Clocked out. Got my food and wasn't as I ordered. Returned food. Got a refund. I won't be attempting this location again.

It took 35 minutes to get a double Whopper that I ordered online 10 minutes before I even got there.And it was cold!!!!Do yourself a favor go across the street to McDonald's or go to the other Burger King most people there look like they just got out of rehab.
