Working with Ruth was very easy - she is adaptable and accommodating - seems to be unflappable, a great quality for a caterer. Her staff was professional and welcoming to guests. The menu was creative, and all the guests ranted and raved about the food. Would highly recommend LBV/Ruth and her staff - they did a fabulous job!“

Over my career, I have ordered a lot of box lunches, but these were definitely a step above! They have a huge variety of sandwiches as well as sides and deserts, which allowed us to pick something for everyone. Everything was delicious and our group could not stop talking about the lunches. “DaRae and friends recently catered our wedding reception at the Signature Club of Lansdowne for a group of around 140. My family loves to cook and know what good food tastes like! The reception meal was served family style and the food was amazing. The servers did an outstanding job for the evening and I had numerous comments from friends and family that the food was the best they'd ever had at a wedding reception. I agree! My favorites were the shrimp grits and the scalloped potatoes! So yummy. Vicki with DaRae was so helpful every time I called with questions. So pleased with the night, the food, the service!
