“First time eating here and I'm so glad we decided to stop in! Staff were super friendly, 'Dave' explained the menu to us and the different heat levels. The food was delicious. The chicken was cooked peefectly, so tender and the seasonings were delicious! Awesome seasoned fries too. 10/10, we'll definitely be back!Kid-friendliness: They had Mac and cheese and awesome milkshakes.“

“Discovered Raising Cane's a while ago but have never reviewed. I have been to many locations and have always been impressed. We arrived at lunch time and it was packed. The staff was very friendly and quickly took our order. We ordered two Caniac meals (6 tenders, Cole slaw, French fries, Texas toast, and two Cane's sauce), two extra slices of Texas toast, and a cup of Cane's sauce (yes. We love it that much). Our meal was prepared very quickly and we sat down to enjoy our favorite chicken restaurant's meal. I have seen on social media so many people saying it's bland or that the size of the fingers has diminished. I don't pretend to get it. I am a heavy seasoner when I cook. Jalapeños most every meal. Pepper the fire out of my potatoes, etc. I. LOVE. SEASONED. FOOD. I say that to say I don't get the bland comments. Also, the fingers were so large, we ended up getting a to go box because we ran out of room. That never happens. The tenders were hot and crispy as were the fries. I'm not a fan of Cole slaw, but I do enjoy theirs. Slicing into the Texas toast, inserting a tender with some sauce on top is a must. Gotta say, this location is our favorite. We have several options when traveling through, but the staff, the cleanliness and the consistency keeps us coming back. Looking forward to our next visit!“

“I'm so impressed with the staff that was on duty the evening we came to celebrate my sons birthday. Our group of kids made a mess, but the counter clerk was absolutely the most gracious about it and insisted she take care of the clean up!! They had our tailgate food hot and ready as requested. “Walked in today and there's a field trip in the lobby. Like 100 chattering 6 year olds. They left as I was ordering. Service was still extremely friendly, food still came up fast, and there were clean tables by the time I was sitting down. Within 5 minutes of the kids leaving, it's like they were never there. This place is amazing.“

“Had the best laugh ever ! When my sister ordered and they asked her name for it she said "Becky" and well when the food arrived her name was " PACKIE" ???? FREAKIN ? ? At least mine was more close but in their defense most people spell "Juls' like "Jules" but the "Packie" was the best ??“

“We stopped for a quick bite after a late breakfast and the food was excellent! I'm picky about my fries, preferring them to be hot and crispy, and these were much better than most crinkle cut fries. The restaurant is known for their chicken and it lived up to its reputation. The service was good and the restaurant was clean.“

“First time trying Richie’s this weekend and had a mix-up with my order. The young lady in the drive thru was so personable and professional, going above and beyond to make it right. I am glad because I will now definitely be a repeat customer. Quite possibly the very BEST chicken tenders and potato wedges I’ve had in my life!!! Wings were good too. “I am writing to commend your employee, Matthew, at your 2305 Sir Barton Way location in Lexington, KY. He was so pleasant and cheerful, despite being the ONLY employee in the building during a lunch rush. Greeting customers, taking orders, cooking, and delivering food to tables with a smile. Like the rest of the world, Joella’s is short staffed, and that’s understandable. But I hope that the people who make the decisions are able to give this sweet man a raise or bonus or BOTH! “Absolutely the kindest owners beyond beautiful people. I would give 10 stars just for the customer service alone hands down. The fried catfish is bomb without any sauce and cooked fresh. While heartily recommend!!Parking: I can ahead and food is ready in time.“

“Heard about this new Chicken place and while there are a bundle of places to go and get Chicken I still had to give it a try. My daughter and I decided that today was the day. We had both signed up for the app and with that you get a free Chicken Sandwich but honestly when I got there our cravings steered us in a different direction. I decided to try the Buffalo Wrap and my daughter got the Chicken tenders. Both options were excellent. The Buffalo Wrap had an interesting tortilla green in color and it tasted terrific. The Chicken tenders were cooked just right and the restaurant sauce along with the Honey mustard sauce were both very good. This place is a great addition to the Chicken Houses already around. I would place it a step above Zaxby's and Cane's with more options. The atmosphere was simple and clean but pretty typical BUT I will add the server and all the crew we were involved with were excellent.“

“Chick fil A is efficient and has a pleasant service. The food is tasty...price is acceptable compared to other similar restaurants. My issue is their App...too confusing to this old man, not easy to use, & limits your take out points. I tried for minutes to open the App at a UK Wildcats Basketball game...could not/just buffered. I did not get their advertised promotion (this has happened twice).“
