“I'm a certified Dunkie Junkie and this is my go-to location in Lex. I usually go on Sundays, and the crew is awesome. They seem to enjoy working here, they support each other, they are friendly/prompt/responsive when it comes to customer service, and the manager seems to take his job very seriously. I'll usually get a cold brew and spend 2-3 hours here working on homework here, and it's just the place I need it to be!“
“I like Dunkin. I have for a long time now but I haven't reviewed one (I don't think I have). This location is 1 of 3 in Lexington and it's not my first choice but it's the closest to my house so I go here frequently. Some of the employees are stellar while others have been rude. My orders have often been messed up. Not huge things but little things that just shouldn't have been. For example, for a while I would use the app to order a plain bagel, not cut or toasted. Just throw it in a bag. Easy right? Literally the easiest thing? Nearly every time I have done that, it was both cut and toasted. It wouldn't be a big deal but I order that item for my kid who won't eat a cut bagel. I don't get it either but it is what it is and I'd think that it would be easier to put it in the bag than to add 2 extra steps. Just little things like that. They make the coffees good, I have had experiences at different locations where they were way too sweet or messed up the dairy selection, this one is always correct with that. Not always on point with add ons like extra espresso or whipped cream. Usually they are polite with fixing mistakes but every once in a while you can tell it annoys them. The donuts here are not always the freshest, maybe like they are day old and have been sitting out. Sometimes the breakfast sandwiches or the mini stuffed bagels have a weird chemically taste like the oven wasn't cleaned properly. I only order food here when I really need something on the go. The store is clean. The manager is nice. The customer service is decent. I used to drive all the way across town to the broadway store, I really like that one, but since I have been sticking closer to home since having a baby, I enjoy my quick runs to this one. It could be better but it's not bad by any means. I recommend an iced macchiato, hot latte or a plain ol hot coffee. Beats Starbucks any day.“
“I walked in this place and felt like I WAS IN F*CKING PARIS!!! The smells, the delightful essence of fresh doughnuts, the warm hot coffee! I asked if I could get a pistachio donut with marzipan they said yes! I asked if I could get a cranberry biscuit with hollandaise they said yes. I asked if I could be cherished forever they said F*CK YES!!! Such a glorious place. The sun is shining on this place.“
“Spent a few hours here on Thanksgiving Day (working) and the staff were amazing. I asked them if I could sit and use wi-fi for a bit, on the laptop. It was no issue.Even though they had to work a holiday they all were in great moods. They cleaned the lobby, took care of customers, and made the best of thier time. They were certainly a team, and must have supportive management for the morale to be so high. I was there from about 12:45- 2:30 pm so I observed alot.I was so please that they did not resent working, and it made my work time pass as well.I had a bagel sandwich, which was hot and fresh like all Dunkins :) they had no issue with my special requests on no egg and extra toasted.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible“
