“Shanique at store1785 was very helpful, I enjoyed talking with her. She made the entire experience very pleasant as well as the other workers there that day too. Please consider building more Fazoli's in Cincinnati. We have to drive an hour to get to the closest one in Florence, Ky. I live in Milford, Oh. and I believe one would go well here. The food is excellent and a very good value. I always get a salad because it is fresh and cold. The breadsticks are way better than olive gardens. Every entree is excellent! I’ve never had a bad experience or meal at Fazolis. I travel a lot and Fazoli’s is the best value I have found for fresh and healthy fast food. Lunch specials may seem small but they are always just enough and very high quality. The rewards program is very nice as the points add up fast. When I’m out, I always look for Fazolis!“

The manager struck up a conversation without being pushy... rare AND much appreciated! “Discovered Raising Cane's a while ago but have never reviewed. I have been to many locations and have always been impressed. We arrived at lunch time and it was packed. The staff was very friendly and quickly took our order. We ordered two Caniac meals (6 tenders, Cole slaw, French fries, Texas toast, and two Cane's sauce), two extra slices of Texas toast, and a cup of Cane's sauce (yes. We love it that much). Our meal was prepared very quickly and we sat down to enjoy our favorite chicken restaurant's meal. I have seen on social media so many people saying it's bland or that the size of the fingers has diminished. I don't pretend to get it. I am a heavy seasoner when I cook. Jalapeños most every meal. Pepper the fire out of my potatoes, etc. I. LOVE. SEASONED. FOOD. I say that to say I don't get the bland comments. Also, the fingers were so large, we ended up getting a to go box because we ran out of room. That never happens. The tenders were hot and crispy as were the fries. I'm not a fan of Cole slaw, but I do enjoy theirs. Slicing into the Texas toast, inserting a tender with some sauce on top is a must. Gotta say, this location is our favorite. We have several options when traveling through, but the staff, the cleanliness and the consistency keeps us coming back. Looking forward to our next visit!“

“Here for breakfast? There’s a secret menu item so secret it didn’t exist until I asked for it. Get a biscuit and swap out the sausage or bacon for Tico Beef. Amazing. Not messy at all. They gave it to me with cheese but it would have been just as good without. The worker on drive thru was a little hesitant and wasn’t sure what to charge but she was very positive and friendly. Great overall experience. Wish I was around here in the morning more often!“

Boss/owner or manager, please recognize this guy. I own a construction company, and he didn't care i was in the field clothes. I was not it my suit like I do that on days that I am not in the field. So, never judge the book by its cover. He didn't care about the looks and gave me warmest feelings. It has been a while since I visited Culver's, and today was a very pleasant welcome back handshake. “I've been going to Taco Tico in Lexington even the older ones since I was a kid still depend on this one on boardwalk love the place great atmosphere great people awesome food wish they would put games back in pinball Ms Pac-Man in a few plants would make it look nice but other than that top notch and it would be great to have one in the Indiana area Clarksville they would definitely put Taco Bell out of business but I drove from Indiana just to have this and will continue to do so until we get one here but definitely need the games that was an added Plus that's not experienced this food is losing out LOLParking: Like I said this the only thing that I would add is bring back the games and maybe add a few even artificial if not real plants to make it more homey feeling and I wouldn't change anything else Taco Burger was awesome our tacos were awesome everything was awesome if you don't have the Choco Tacos that would be great but definitely the games and the plants is all I would add everything else is workingWheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible and parking“

“We stopped for a quick bite after a late breakfast and the food was excellent! I'm picky about my fries, preferring them to be hot and crispy, and these were much better than most crinkle cut fries. The restaurant is known for their chicken and it lived up to its reputation. The service was good and the restaurant was clean.“

“Super fast service and friendly staff. I recommend The Box Combo. Chicken was cooked to perfection and very tasty. Combo comes with 4 pice strips, fries, coleslaw and their special Cane’s sauce. “A fast food Italian restaurant with drive thru and all. I thought we were going to a true restaurant. They had plenty of parking. Pulled in to park and saw a drive thru, thought that was weird but ok. Walked in and we had to order at the counter. Think Long John Silvers style ordering. We sat with our tabletop number and waiting on the food. There was plenty of seating (only 3 other tables were used). The service was iffy at this point. Left us standing around waiting to order. When ordering the lady was very impatient and did more talking than listening. We've never been here before we had questions. There is a self service kiosk to order if you know what your doing and don't want to wait. The food came out the guy had to go back after forgetting the breadsticks (that come with the meals). My wife and daughter got the spaghetti and I got a sub. Honestly, it tasted better than I expected. Amazing, no....but not fast food quality. For the price the quality is pretty good. “Pizza was good and pricing was fair. For the concept to include “40+ toppings” though that felt misleading. We had the option of maybe 15 toppings and notably missing were common pizza toppings like banana peppers and green olives. So that was disappointing. They also need to rethink putting the hot pizza on a thin piece of paper with sharpie written on it. The paper gets soggy and rips, getting into the cheese on the bottom of the pizza. Tasty pizza and prices were fair for the size but room for improvement.“

You were with that group that got upset and ask you not to take up all of my customer parking, then got mad and threw a dirty diaper out in my parking lot. “Wow! I'm not a guy most people are nice to, I just look rough. When I tell you this place made me feel welcomed as a rich man of society is an understatement! I got greeted by such a kind voice welcoming me in. This girl with blue hair, I think it was carla or Kayla, took her time away from cleaning to come help me while the other girl was helping someone else. She asked me about my day and if I enjoyed spicy or savory flavors because my experience at other Qdobas left me with low hope. She hooked me up with not only the best tasting burrito but probably the best I've ever had wrapped! The food was hot and juicy even though it was 9:30ish at night. This location closed at 10! I'm a diabetic so before I left, I used the restaurants bathroom so I could check my levels. I felt safe to do so because when I entered the bathroom was clean, no water marks anywhere or gross stuff, and smelled fresh/ clean. I am very appreciative of that girl, she changed not only my view on Qdoba but my whole night! I will be back and hope she and her staff is there! Absolutely incredible! I wish I could give even more gratitude!“

“Everything was fine and what you’d expect from a Subway. I took off a star because they don’t accept coupons. Corporate Subway keeps mailing some really good offers, and it’s practically impossible to find a location that will take them. I found the Subway on Southland does accept coupons, so I try to go there whenever possible. But something is wrong with Subway if they have all these coupons no one will take. Corporate, please fix this!!“

My issue is their App...too confusing to this old man, not easy to use, & limits your take out points. I tried for minutes to open the App at a UK Wildcats Basketball game...could not/just buffered. “The Hardee's in our area seem to be a solid choice. Their food is consistent and a step above most other fast food locations. In recent years, I think they have really set the bar with their chicken fingers.I had a great experience recently at this particular location. The young man behind the counter was courteous and patient with my questions. He even thought to bring me out napkins when he thought I didn't have any. When was the last time that happened.My only disappointment there was that they have discontinued (at least at this location) their onion rings. I hope they bring them back.“
