“Sign at counter said to use kiosk. Didn't have enough staff. Kiosks were freezing up & couldn't place order. Staff walking thru didn't know how to fix. Had to get mgr. Had trouble also but instead of going to counter & taking order was made to wait till unfroze as well as several others. Made for an unpleasant experience since I hadn't planned on going with the group of people I was with. Wanted to pay with cash but couldn't at kiosk.“
“My 3yo woke up and asked for cheese sticks at around 8:30am. My husband visited & called several restaurants around Lexington with no luck, until he walked into this Panera. He briefed the girl at the counter of his weird request, but she chuckled lightly and gladly helped out by getting us a flatbread cheese pizza (with no sauce) even though they were not selling lunch yet. I appreciate the kindness and understanding of this shop to help a parent out and I will not forget it.“
“This has turned into a go-to place for the the drive thru is easy and the food is always hot and fresh...I know Panera folks have a soup preferene and I am 100% Broccoli and Cheese. I will occasionally get a side of cream cheese to go with my baguette, but if I am taking it home I will just melt some butter and dip the bread in that!!! Yuuummmm, don't judge me. My order is always correct and the staff is friendly and fun. It is a quick and easy $10 buck lunch!“
