Terrible experience for the 3 of us all the way around! AND they don’t even care. Service was terrible, never cleared our dirty plates, empty glasses, or any tables around us! Brazilian cheese bread was harder than a rock, asked for more never received any! No potatoes were received, asked for more bananas never received. Good salad bar but there’s where it ends! Never gave us clean plates for the meat, yet we did get up and get our own, as I refuse to eat from a fity plate & with the amount they charge you this should be a servers responsibility ( as other locations this is how it’s done) Slow night for them to bring some meats l, and when they did bring them they we’re all over cooked, extremely fatty & prissily & dry. Asked for a few different types of meat took 29 to 25 mins fry & well done! We our anniversary and it was such a total waste of money & a true disappointment! I even contacted corporate THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE! Spend $195 including tip and what a total waste of $$ STAY AWAY because you’ll just throw away your hard earned $$! We’ve been very loyal customers for years and I was told “oh well your loyalty means nothing to us!” So just saying and we’ve been to several locations…nice to hear, isn’t it! JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! You can thank me later!

Last night was our first time eating here. From the moment we walked in we had great service...waited on nothing. The food was spectacular and the service was top notch. We left extremely happy and very full...we will definitely return!
