Nice setting, an old house turned restaurant. Quiet, at least for a Tuesday, but still a good client turnout. Bacon app with heirloom tomatoes is outstanding and practically a meal in itself. The fish of the day special was very good, though the two accompanying shrimp a bit chewy. Creamed spinach was not a mush, but bright green leaves in what tasted like a parmesan cream sauce. Delicious!! very welcoming atmosphere. drinks were made perfectly, not too strong. crab cake was very authentic. fillet cooked perfectly. gouda mac n bacon was top notch. apple dessert perfect to end the meal. David, our servor, was very friendly. He was easy to chat with and explained menu well.
