“Beyond the welcoming atmosphere, the tour was informative and not rushed. We were able to pause and have some beer tastings and the onto the hard stuff. It is so cool to see the workings of a visionary. Stocked up but will definitely be back.“
“My wife and I stopped in for a tour last week and had a very good experience. Our tour guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It was interesting to learn the history of the Pepper Distillery and how it came back around after being abandoned for years and nearly being torn down. The distillery district is a unique experience as a whole with several restaurants, a brewery, cidery, ice creamery, etc. This is definitely worth a stop to check out!“

“I love Osaka! I've been eating here for years, and I've never left disappointed. The food is always tasty, no matter what you get, and the staff is super pleasant. My co-workers and I used to roll in here with a crew of 6-8 people on a regular basis, and the staff always recognized us. Even when placing large orders, our meals would arrive quickly.Parking: Sometimes the parking is not great. The restaurant is located in a little shopping center with some other restaurants and businesses, and the parking lot is often packed as a result.“

“This is a small facility with a fantastic staff and tour. Sean went into great detail on the distillery process as this was our groups main interest while not omitting any of the other information about this distillery. The product is great and we anticipate they will be a major player in the bourbon industry. Highly recommend this tour for anyone that wants a deeper look at the actual distilling process.“

“This was our 2nd visit. I can't believe I forgot to review the 1st time.Let me start by saying we love it here. It's so simple, quiet, and delicious.The food is always fantastic, hot, fresh, and tasted amazing! Service is great also.The atmosphere is wonderful, just dark enough to relax, but there's enough light to see your amazing meal.Both visits I have indulged in the ribeye. Cannot complain at all. It's perfect every time!My wife has tried more things than I have. Once again, there are no complaints from her.This is our "fancy date" place.“

“Had a horrible first time experience here. Service was Horrible. Sat at the Bar. Ordered dessert. Got it. Then after that i felt ignored took forever to take my main order. I finally Ordered crab fries and entree. Waited... And waited.. family of four sat next to me at the bar . They ordered. They barely waited. Then they got their appetizers and main entree before I did. And mind you, I had ordered CRAB FRIES and SCALLOPS!!! HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COOK CRAB FRIES AND FREAKIN SCALLOPS!!! AARRGHHH!.. anyway I told them I was leaving they tried to comp the meal which still wasn't ready, but I told them no thanks and paid for my drink and dessert and left.A year went by I gave it a second chance and it was decent, service way better, and food was great. So take want you want from that.“

“Love the vibe and the food here. Casual and classy, with a very well done upscale burger. While I enjoy seeing burgers that are different, if given the option I will always go for a classic cheeseburger and this place doesn’t disappoint. Well cooked and with proper proportions to meat, cheese and bread. Fries are good (a little chewy for them to be great) but the ketchup hides that well. The chili is a sweet with cinnamon flavors which can be off putting if you are expecting a southern chili, but a very good one if you like the flavors.“
