Our food in our to go order was completely wrong. It took 3x longer for the food to be ready not because they were busy but because the staff couldn’t get along. I understand it’s Waffle House so I’m not expecting much but my order was made totally wrong, and my eggs were basically raw. It was a complete waste of time and money and you can’t even call the restaurant to talk to someone about the issue, all you get is a repeat greeting. It’s just wrong to not pay attention to your work and then have no way for someone to air their problems except in a Facebook post. Really upsetting and disappointing to someone who usually loves a good Waffle House trip.
