“It was peace... nice selection of beers. The sushi should've been fully wrapped in seaweed instead of halfway.“

“Love the sushi here. Especially the Swanson roll which if I read the ingredients I probably would not think I would like it. But it is so tasty. I usually order 2!“

“Not only was this some of the best sushi my nephew and I had ever had, but the staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was amazing. Portions were huge and pricing was great. We will definitely eat here again when we head back to Louisville. 10/10“

“This is easily my favorite restaurant at Logan Street Market. Consistent food, reasonable price, friendly service, and a wide variety of things to choose from on the menu- the beef bulgogi bowl, spam musubi, and pork gyoza are my go-to’s. Yes, you wait a bit for your food, but that’s because it’s made fresh by order. They give you a beeper to encourage you to browse the other shops and restaurants in the market- take advantage and support small businesses!!“

“I love Thai food and have been to many good Thai places across the country throughout my travels. I don't know how much I can speak to authenticity, but I know what my tongue and palette like . At Simply Thai, I got the chicken pineapple fried rice and chicken kaow soi, both spice level 3 (out of 5). I liked the pineapple fried rice. It was very good and came in a pineapple which was cool. Portion size was decent too. The kaow soi was alright. The curry was quite watery and the noodles were wheat noodles. This kept it from really picking up the tastes of the curry, which made it a little blander than I would have liked. Simply Thai is always busy, but the servers are very nice and attentive despite the busyness. It's got a lot of seating, but once again is always busy, so you have to go early to beat the rush! They do, however, usually have extra seating available at the bar even if you don't order a drink, as long as you're over 21. The restaurant has a great environment with a lot of cultural decorations that spice up the place. All in all, Simply Thai is simply a good place to go for some good Thai food, as long as you don't mind a wait!“

“The food at this place is usually good when we order it to go. It arrives very fast despite ordering through door dash. The only thing I am not a fan of is the hibachi. For one it isn't hibachi and it is confusing to order but other things we have tried such as the sushi, fried rice and beef and broccoli as well as the lo mein is yummy.“
