My friend's vegetable omelet was filled with meat and my "quarter pound" patty melt had a burger that weighed at best 2 ounces. Plus it is all served in styrofoam. Whole event disappointing. This is a whole new Burger Boy. Last time coming here. Fries were still good, but so are Rally's, McDonald's and White Castle's. There are options.

Received poor customer service from several of the employees last night. We ordered food at 10:20pm and there were only 4 customers in the store at the time. We waited almost an hour for food and customers that came in after us received food before us. When confronted about our wait time, several staff members became combative and cursing at me and my boyfriend. We asked for a refund and was denied a refund and was told we have to take the food, even though it wasn’t even prepared after waiting an hour. The fries were not fully cooked and had a lot of seasoning on them. The cheese on the burgers was not melted. We spent almost $80 and had no choice but to take the meal. I’ve been since last night to speak to a manager or a supervisor that can rectify this matter. We were definitely due a refund and your employees were very unprofessional. One of the employees got so upset she clocked out and said “I don’t have to take this sh**, I’m 30 years old”. Walked by me and proceeded to swing her purse into me as she was leaving.
