“We both had chicken strip plater. Chicken was tough, chewy and hard to bite into. Our waitress took very good care of us. She apologized for the bad experience and got our meal comped. We've never had a bad meal there so we will be back.“

“For Chili's, this wasn't a bad location. The service could've been better if they were better staffed. Our waitress did what she was able to do. Our order was correct, came out hot, and made the way it was requested. Steak was finally made correctly the first time. Drink refills to a while due to the staff being stretched too thin. Overall, better than most other locations.“

“We almost stopped going to Chili's because of several bad experiences at the Hurstbourne location over the last few years. HOWEVER! The Chili's on Hurstbourne has stepped up their game! We have eaten there three times over the last two months and each time the food and service was amazing and affordable.“
