“I visited bardstown Rd location once. The food was good but there is a serious problem with how the drive through is designed. You HAVE to exit drive through into bardstown Rd and turning right. This exit is just maybe 30 ft from the traffic light so cars are usually backed up there due to the light. So in order to exit the drive through, you have to encounter nice people who will let you out. Jack in the box should have created a turn around just like Rally's that is directly next door. Going to Rally's drive through, I can turn and exit via the ally behind and easily get onto Goldsmith and then hit bardstown Rd and have a voice to go left, right, or straight. Poor design Jack in the box.... I'll eat there again, but NEVER will I get in that drive thru again.“
“We finally made it about 2 weeks ago and went through the drive thru. Food and service was good. We went back yesterday and ate inside. Food and service was good again. Only negative was that the inside was blazing hot. They had the heat on full blast so it was a little uncomfortable.Kid-friendliness: Large kids menu“
