The Food is amazing the service just the same. It was overall great. This made me miss home. Great family atmosphere and the menu options were just what I was looking for. We will definitely be back soon. We had Egusi soup/ Cassava/ rice / pepper soup and Jollof rice/ fish
This is African food, making the base cassava, rice or fufu, with a main dish of meat, in addition to plantain and side sauces or salads. They also have soups, stew and dessert. The menu seems to rotate daily according to the printed menu but I would still ask since they seem to cook in a patch and refrigerate, home style. I used to live in West Africa and when this restaurant opened, I was right there and not disappointed. The first bite of acheke brought back a flood of memories of sitting at a roadside restaurant and eating fish with acheke in the haze and heat and the bustling city all around. The quality is excellent, the fish is a good size (watch for bones!), and you will be filled up. Everything is cooked to order so be patient as it takes time. My only complaint?
