“The only thing that I don't like is that they had to move some of the cold teas to the back and we have to ask for it everytime that I buy it.I understand the situation but still I don't think is convenient for the rest of the customers.“
“They got me my order quickly and was correct. It was a fast paced location as they are servicing the doctors and nurses working at U of L Hospital. The food was great bagel, cinnamon roll and drinks are hard to mess up. I appreciated they existed so i didn't have to venture far while waiting on my niece's surgery.“
“I stopped by today for lunch. My order was wrong, the steak was left off my sandwich. However!!! I have not received customer service like this in a long time.. My order was corrected perfectly. I was apologized to three times. Which I wasn’t expecting that. The manager met me at window with apologies. I will definitely will be visiting this location again very soon. To the negative reviews, I would have advised addressing the issued with staff. The way my issue was handle was very professionally“

“Can't say service was bad it was non-existent. Kiosk ordering with a team member watching people do it and never speaking. Got a text for order pick up and no one said a word to us. It's interesting they ask for a tip before you know what service you may or may not receive. Food was good, restrooms were clean.“
“I love the food at Panera. I'm saddened that they have gone to just two flavors on their breakfast souffles though. Why take something that sells so well that you run out long before breakfast is over and shrink the choices down to two all while almost doubling the price? Someone doesn't seem quite right about that.“
“I got the pic too which is a half a sandwich and then you can get a salad. the Fiji chicken apple salad was good except for I thought they were going to be using like actual chicken and it was like lunch meat chicken other than that delicious I would say that the sandwich was lackluster I got more bread than anything...... but the premise of the sandwich which I believe was the bacon avocado one was good it just was more bread than anything so that was kind of annoying.... will we were grateful they were open on Easter Sunday“
“Loved the staff member who kept trying to get me to buy the cookies. He was fun, but I was stubborn!!! Food was great, place was clean, staff was helpful. No lines and quick service. I’ll eat here again. I got the fontaga (spelling) chicken sandwich. It was very tasty. I have had their salads as well and I’m very impressed.Dietary restrictions: My friend is gluten intolerant and dairy intolerant. His salad looked amazing! He didn’t die or get sick… so I assume they do a good job.“
“Four meals ordered in store to go, looked like correct as did check on salads that had changes made to them to be sure right but didn't think to check the one Caesar salad that no changes were made to ... Once got home with meals, realized no Caesar dressing for the salad.“
