We Ordered food tonight. After and hour and 20 min wait we asked where our food was. They lost our order. Instead of making our order a priority they just refunded MOST of my money saying they were closing early. They still charged me for my sodas instead of making that right and said “That’s how we do business “. They also kept my tip on top of it! Do not recommend this place at all!!

We came in when the place was very busy - we ordered and found a table, where we waited... and waited...and waited. We watched as every table around us got their food, which was fine since we were pretty sure that they had ordered before us. However, we noticed that people who definitely ordered after us got their food before us. We had just ordered a medium pepperoni - nothing extravagant. At least 3 waves of orders (at least 20 customers) were delivered to other tables while we were stuck waiting. The first time we went up to ask about our order, we were told it was in the oven and would be out in a few minutes. At this point, we were basically the only ones there and certainly the only ones waiting for food. 15 minutes later, still no food. When I went up to ask again, I was waiting by the counter for at least 5 minutes with no one coming out from the back. When someone finally came out, we were once again told "it would be right out." This time, it finally made it out, but other pizzas were still delivered before ours. We were late for our event at that point and very frustrated, and there were no apologies or explanations given for why our food took an unreasonably amount of time (again, MANY customers ordered after us and received their pizzas before we got ours, even after we asked about it the first time). The pizza itself was sloppy and difficult to eat (all the toppings slid off because it was not cut properly), and we ended up tossing most of it. The flavor was fine, but not something that can overcome the overall negative experience.
