“The salmon in the Sunset Roll was great quality, so fresh it melted in my mouth. The entire roll was absolutely refreshing and just what I needed. The ‘Heart Attack’ looked like a fun thing to order on the menu and was a pleasant surprise, exceeding my expectations. I would say it is more like their spin on a jalapeño popper, however, made with green peppers and MUCH better... completely worth the extra deep fried calories. “Nam Nam is one of the BEST places to dine in Louisville (coming from a native). It is home to my very favorite dish (their chicken vermicelli bowl). This is a family-owned establishment that inserts LOVE into their dishes-you can taste it! It gives off a no-frills atmosphere but what it may lack in a boujee environment; the food will make up for!“

“This restaurant is AWESOME not only in terms of atmosphere from the time you walk through the front doors and smell the atmosphere of Italian cuisine. The food gives you full variety and delicious. “I used to live in West Africa and when this restaurant opened, I was right there and not disappointed. The first bite of acheke brought back a flood of memories of sitting at a roadside restaurant and eating fish with acheke in the haze and heat and the bustling city all around. The quality is excellent, the fish is a good size (watch for bones!), and you will be filled up. Everything is cooked to order so be patient as it takes time. My only complaint? It's a little expensive. With tax and tip, it's a shade over $30. But it's worth it. I only knocked it a star due to price. Everyone, try it at least once. West Africa has so many flavors of food and she knows how to make them!“

“Their staff and food are great! The pho here has well cut and perfectly cooked portions. Their Banh Mi is another must-have. It is my favorite sandwich in Louisville, which I think says a lot. Its medley of well marinated pork, plentiful vegetables, sauce and bun is fun to eat, and healthy to boot! It's also fun to indulge in dessert, and they have you covered with rich and flavorful options! Their cheesecake and oreo truffles are highly recommended. Once they had a sausage, white bean and kale soup, that was great, too.Parking: Easy parking, convenient location.“

“This is a great little restaurant ! They have a hot braised chicken dish, that you can't find anywhere. I ate this same dish at a place for decades, that is no longer open. To say I had high hopes for it, is a an understatement. I was not disappointed. The Lo mein was also spectacular. The service was quick and polite. “Four meals ordered in store to go, looked like correct as did check on salads that had changes made to them to be sure right but didn't think to check the one Caesar salad that no changes were made to ... Once got home with meals, realized no Caesar dressing for the salad.“

“I love the ease of ordering it online. You have the option to pay at the store. The food is always ready by the time I get there. It is a large portion of food. Usually 2 meals for me. If you get a combination meal you get an entree, fried rice, an eggroll, and a canned drink all for the one price. It is definitely a take out place. No seating to speak of really. The food is very good. My favorite is the chicken with mixed vegetable combo.“

“Even though I arrived late, I received GREAT SERVICE and FELT WELCOMED by my Server. (Please forgive me I am horrible at remembering names, it's the onset of Dementia). She was a delight, and did not make me feel the need to hurry. Upon leaving the Management seemed a little put out. However, they did not speak down to me. No words, just a little show in actions! And I could have been wrong! But that's fine. I just remember Years ago, when you "shopped or went out to a fine Restaurant for a nice Dinner", employees did not stand with disgusted looks on their face when it was 30 minutes before closing. Now employees act as if they are doing you a favor if they help you, or if it was closing time they were polite in saying it was time to close. Now it's "if you're not in line you will not be checked out"!!!! Usually said in a very harsh voice! Stores are not doing YOU a favor YOU are doing them a favor buying in that store". I will not tolerate that treatment, but many will. This is NOT the case of the Olive Garden. It was a nice diner and Server I will return. I'm“

“Its always the simple looking Chinese food places that are the best. Some previous reviewer said this is the best Chinese restaurant on Preston... it really is. I been avoiding the place because it is so small and unassuming. I called in an order for pepper steak, sesame chicken, and lo mein. For real the best lo mein Ive had in a while. Everything was so tasty. I look forward to ordering again.“
