I only stop here because late nights there is nowhere to eat, I stop in one night, and it was a joke. one of the servers was drunk and stumbling, He brought me a cup of coffee, and the cup was dirty, and the silverware was really dirty. and the menu suck. They need a change in what they have to serve. I can go on and on, and you get the picture

I love WH but stay away from this location, it's a dump. Tables not cleaned off, dirty silverware as in fork completely yellow from dried egg, coffee mug still had old coffee on it. Waitress had bf on speakerphone while wandering around talking.Could go on but you get the idea. STAY. AWAY. It's a dump.

Place sucks dont waste your time and money here . They charging extra for to go orders and poor service . Just shut it down waffle house if this is how you run your business.

Small portions and slightly overpriced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall decent place with a rundown dinner atmosphere. Kinda nostalgic.
Service was trash. Seems like they weren’t trained at all. Kitchen staff was lazy, they all seemed like they didn’t like each other. Today, Saturday Dec 30, I couldn’t catch his name, but the dude with tats on his arms cooking who wears glasses. Double his pay immediately. He took charge at one point cuz people were standing around doing nothing so he made a dude who was standing doing nothing, do the dishes. And he just cranked out every meal like a ninja and did all the work by himself. Servers were just openly complaining and voicing frustration right in front of people at the bar eating. Where is the management?? Easily the worst WH experience I’ve had.

The food was okay but the place was dirty, most of the tables were not clean and the floor was filthy. The server had body odor and the place smelled like old mop water.

I had just gotten off from work. The "cook" is outside in his car having a smoke break. (Cool. No problem) He gets out as I get out of my car and stops me to tell me that if I have a ToGo order, the guy that just left took the last lid for a ToGo container. Again, whatever. I tell him I only want 2 sandwiches and don't need a container. He's like ok. I go inside and sit down, waiting for him to come in. He comes in and then tells me that it's also going to be at least a 15minute wait because he has to clean the grill. He then ask if I want to wait...."No Dude!!!!" If u didn't want to cook or serve a customer then ur in the wrong freaking business. I'm sure a ton of people from my job spend their money there. It's literally the only place, other than Speedway, that's open when we get off!! I am so over going in there. There's usually some homeless folks in there sleep or hanging out outside (again...whatever) but I do not feel completely safe. This location is complete TRASH!!! U can't even call ahead an order because NO ONE answers the phone. I hope people that also work where I work ( one of the biggest auto companies) stop spending their money there. Throw the whole restaurant away!!
