Service is always so slow! We walked out after waiting 10 minutes and was not asked what we would like for drinks while 5 to 6 staff stood around talking.

Limited places to eat in our small town but we go to Renos frequently. Food is usually good. We like to sit in the bar when possible just because we don't have to wait for a table. This time the bar was full...UK was playing...so we sat at a booth in the restaurant. Service was good, food was good ??
Have a love hate relationship with Reno's. When they get it right, the food is so good. However, 90% of the time they get it wrong. Roll the dice and see what you get.

We dined in, steak and chicken. Food came quickly and was perfectly prepared. Wait staff was attentive and friendly, and location was very clean. Would recommend to anyone.
Overall the place was nice and clean. Food was overloaded with salt and just not good at all. Service was slow and they got the order wrong.
