“This McAllister’s location isn’t bad, but I don’t feel that it completely lives up to the quality level I expect from McAllister‘s. One of the main reasons that I visit these restaurants to begin with is that they do tend to provide healthier options than most other places, but I do feel the food quality could’ve been better i.e. less wilted lettuce in the salad I ordered“

“I really enjoy their contribution to the societies love of the sandwich. Every aspect of their creation is built and crafted the way a sub should be (Subway should definitely take notes). The subs are a little pricey, but every ingredient seems fresh and flavorful. I've encountered many different sub creators at Firehouse and I've never witnessed anything but professionalism from all of them. My hats off to tonight's staff, that sub made my list of all tome favorites.“

“Came here to eat as we were in town for work. First time to Kentucky! I enjoyed this restaurant. The food was really good and the cookies too. The employees were nice. I had the chicken cordon blue monthly special and my teammate had the philly. Their fries are salty. My only negative comment would be the tables and bathroom were dirty. I tried to wipe off some crumbs with a napkin so we could sit and the napkin stuck to the table. I moved our stuff to a different table. I give three stars because of the cleanliness. Debating to four stars so I’ll give 4 stars as it could be a bad day... Need to clean the tables and use clean or properly rinsed rags! I looked at six tables and they were all dirty and the place was empty when we got there. Bathroom was dirty. Stuff all over the floor.“

“Was greeted right away, staff was friendly. My sandwich was fantastic...I asked for my philly to be heated, not toasted. they used the toaster to heat the meat...which was great. The bread was fresh and so soft...it was a great combination...Much better than the old microwaved sandwich. Veggies were fresh and crisp...altogether a great experience. And the store was one of the cleanest I have ever been in. Will definitely go back to this location again!“

“Love the sandwiches but the prices should have been cheeper. On television the prices are 2 for 10.00. but when I got there and had to pay for them I found out they were not that price. My husband told me I should have walked out and left them because it does not say not in Owensboro. Why Not.“
