“Insanely cheap food and you get so much! I’m a big eater and always finish my food but here that wasn’t the case! Anywhere else the food would’ve been $40 for me and my partner. Great customer service as well. Will definitely be back!!!!!”

“As a first timer to Erma's, I was very impressed with Erma Burger. The young people working there had a great attitude and I love the old nostalgic feel of the building. Reminds me of getting a footlong chili dog and a chocolate shake at this old DQ in Winchester. Unfortunately it's gone now, but it's good to see something like that can still make it. Keep going as long as you can. I'll be back !!!”

“After a long day at work and a hard workout I decided I wanted a nice subway sandwhich for the protein. I come in at 4pm and ask if they for their nutrition facts paper wanting to pick the best option. They started on my food and I am a picky eater so I like my food a certain way and had oddball requests. They kindly prepared my sub, rung me up, I paid and left. Get in my car and take one bite and it is by far THE BEST sandwhich I’ve had from this particular restaurant! Thank you so much you guys made my day and filled my hungry tummy. 10/10 would recommend while these two are working.”

“This is the first McDonald's to get my orders right the first time. I have an autistic child who is a very picky eater and doesn't like certain things, flavors and tastes but they got our order right the first time and food was good and fresh!”

“Service was a little different for an old guy. 3 Touch Screens were available to place an order as well as an employee at the counter. (My grandson insisted we use the screen.)The screen was easy to use and kept a running total of the order. All food & drink options were easy to find.Going to the cart let's you review & adjust the order. Paying with credit/debit cards at the kiosks is easy.You are given the option to join rewards, receive an emailed receipt but I didn't see an option for a printed receipt. Asking at the counter should allow you to get one if you want itThe employees were friendly, helped when needed/asked, volunteered information & help, The restaurant was clean, supplies were well stocked at the pop machines and the napkin/sauces/forks/etc.The only ding against the store is that one of the menu display boards over the counter had apparently suffered a fatal injury to the screen and only displayed a screen full of lines. New stores shouldn't have a blown display screen.Parking: Handicap spaces are close to the entrance. The sidewalk is ramped in that area for folks that need it.”

“Just left subway, the little blond girl was very nice and thoughtful as far as making the sandwiches. The older lady with dark grayish hair, was about as friendly as a bear having a tooth pulled.”

“I went through the drive thru for 2 mc'doubles, when I got to the window to pay I realize I forgotten my wallet at home. The lady was very kind and understanding and payed it forward. Whomever you are thank you! Her manager definitely needs to give her a raise.”
