“Went here last night around 9:30p and ordered 5 vanilla cones. There was one young man (he said his name is Emory - he has a ponytail) working the order window AND he was rushing back and forth to fulfill the cone order. This guy can HUSTLE!! Really pleased to see him busting out a busy night and with a great attitude. I told him he needs a raise and he said to let his boss (Deserae) know; so Deserae, please get this man a promotion/raise!“

“Ordered a BMT wrap and loaded potato soup... OMG!!! The soup was AMAZING. Perfect ratio of ingredients (there's no skimping from these guys) to soupy-ness. The wrap was great as well. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly.“

And let me say I had no real expectations because I've heard mixed reviews (not about Dixie, just in general), but I have been wanting to try it since I moved to the area a few years ago. Consensus on the 3-way: tasty and would eat again! :) I enjoyed the flavor of the chili - a little sweet, and you can't go wrong with a pile of shredded cheddar cheese. The noodles were OK, I can understand why it might be a weird pairing with chili, but it just reminded me of pasta sauce! The oyster crackers added nothing for me. We also got a side of fries which were pretty good. Service was fine, interior was classic diner, and overall it was a good experience!“

“This is my favorite Dairy Queen location! On summer nights there is usually a line at the drive through, but it moves at a decent pace. Everyone that works there has always been very friendly. The best part about this location is they give a generous amount of toppings in their Blizzards. The summer special, peanut butter puppy chow, was my absolute favorite this summer.“

“Classic cincinnati chili, a must try to anyone in the area. I reccomend trying the coneys as they are a really affordable option. The area around it is also nice to walk around and was featured in an episode of the simpsons!Parking: You can park in the lot which is kinda tight and can also pay to park on the street“

“Empower is my absolute favorite place! Their shakes are delicious and their customer service is amazing. Both co-owners are incredibly sweet and they genuinely care about getting to know people when they stop in. Could not recommend this place anymore. 11/10!“

“I like eating there and it's great place. The only problem is is when I try to order my food and I just say I would like to have a chicken bacon ranch just the sandwich. The person on the headset says do you want fries with that I'm like I just said just the sandwich. I don't understand why they don't understand what I'm saying. It always have to ask if I still want fries. If I wanted fries I would say with fries. That's the biggest complaint about that particular gold star and also, if I order bacon like two strips of bacon I should have two full strips of bacon. Not one and a half slices of bacon to another words. I'm getting ripped off on my bacon when I go there. Not cool.“

“A unique experience. The restaurant was like any other but the chili is definitely different. It has many spices traditionally found in Indian and African cooking like cinnamon and allspice. This rich sauce reminded me of a mole or curry.Every dish comes 3,4, or 5 way:3-way is base, (hot dog, potato, spaghetti), chili, and cheese4-way adds either beans or onions5-way adds both beans and onionsYou can substitute black beans as a vegetarian option but I didn't have a chance to try it.“

“I’ve eaten at countless Skyline locations throughout the city. The location at 5476 Glenway is consistently the best I’ve had. They set the standard at this location. The spaghetti is never over cooked, the chili is thick & flavorful, the hotdogs are always cooked, the cheese is fresh and the service is good. Whenever I’m on the Westside, this location is a must stop! See for yourself! :)“

“I had never been to a Skyline Chili. I proudly declared to the manager who rushed over to convert me to the Cincinnati area famous chili. He explained the differences between skyline and other types of chili and some of the nuances of the chili like we were in some sort of quasi wine tasting. Personally I was 100% there for it. I ended up ordering 3 coney dogs, one with jalapeño cheese on it to go. It was late and I had to get back to my hotel, people were waiting on me, or else I would have stayed and enjoyed the quaint diner on the end of a strip mall that serves chili late at night…. The atmosphere was a clean place that oddly reminded me of the 90’s but was well taken care of. As I returned to my hotel I ate all three coney dogs quickly. They. Were. Delicious. The jalapeño cheese was maybe not as spicy as I would have expected but they put hot sauce in the bag that was well used. Overall, I can see the appeal of the chili place, for a chili that doesn’t have beans in it.Food was great! Staff was extremely helpful! This skyline chili is open late!“

The only problem that has me disturbed is the fact that the young lady that gave us awesome over the top service was not the one that was gonna get the tip I left because she was in training. That just doesn't seem fair to me seeing how that is where she makes the bulk of her money being an amazing waitress.“

No where you find yourself in the Queen City.Personally, noodles are my least favorite delivery method for chili to taste buds. But, icons existing for a reason. “Oh, it's nice enough - there's a fun play area for kids, some indoor space and some outdoor seating if it's nice. There is a drive through, but when I ordered, I was directed to come around to the front to wait for my food. My nachos were ok, a little too much salsa for my preference, and well covered with everything, but I wouldn't get them again. I think it's mostly known as an ice cream spot, which they serve the Hershey's brand.I think the biggest draw is that they have a lot of choices - not only ice cream but floats and ices and sudaes and burgers and bbq. Definitely some fun options here, but not super high quality.“

“I went here after class and haven’t had them in a while. For starters I walked in and they were playing my favorite song. 10/10 right there and the food was so fresh especially the fries. The fries were so hot and my milkshake was so good. It is expensive for one person so I probably wouldn’t bring a whole family here but it was very hot and worth it as a treat.“

The chili has an interesting cinnamon sweetness that was good and lots of cheese aided a classic coney dog. Service was good and friendly in a diner setting. “Went here when were were in town and I was unsurprised. I heard reviews saying that the food was amazing and it is a Cincinnati staple. So I had to see I had to see for myself. I went with me and my family and I had an idea what to expect. Since it was my first time, the lady serving our table helped greatly on what to order. She recommended the Chilitos, and I ordered 2 of them, and I also ordered chili fries later on. The food came out quick (so did our drinks) and the food was amazing. I see why they keep their chili recipe secret, it was amazing! Can't have anyone running around with this recipe. The Chilito itself was really good, but my only complaint was probably the portion size; but that's a corporate issue and not a restaurant one. The chili fries were hot and crispy and the chili with it made it even better. Overall It had a very nice environment and I would recommend to others.“

“Honestly one of the best fast food experiences I've had. The burger was a great portion size, well seasoned, and perfectly cooked. The fries were crisp and fresh, and the coney with the spicy cheese has a very addictive flavor. You can tell they recently remodeled so it adds alot to the dining experience. “Staff was nice and on point. Dining room was colder than the temp outside. Chicken tenders were just barely cooked through. Went a second time a few weeks later thinking maybe it was a fluke, but no. Tenders could use another minute or two in the fryers because there are visible areas of pink on the inside.“

“For those that know, Skyline chili has a little more kick than Gold Star (GS is a little sweeter). Had a few coneys, very good and they never skimp on the cheese. Got a side of fries and a side of chili too. All was great. Service was also very good.“

“First time staying in Cincinnati and a friend told me I had to at least experience skyline chili. I have ti say that it is an experience out if the gate. Although they dint have too many options, the three way and cheese dogs are the way to go. And yes, they do still add a mountain of cheese.“

“I got the Skyline chili bowl, it comes with three hot dogs, but the chili was extremely light and the cold cheese was heavy. I ordered the habanero cheese, but I don’t think that’s what I got. The chili did not even come half way up on the dogs and I really went there for the chili. Side Greek salad was good.“

“My first time visiting Cincinnati for my son’s away game, I decided to make a stop to the Jersey Mikes. I was greeted upon arrival and everyone had such great manners and hospitality. There was a teenager I think they called him Tay, he was amazing. He made my Kahuna and it was perfect, good manners and personality. “I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“Attended a 94th birthday party for an Aunt today and these good people couldn't have been more kind. In addition to a menu that had something for every age group, I had the 3 way and it was delicious!, we were permitted to bring cake and gifts as well. This restaurant is spotlessly clean and the staff was accommodating and fun. Skyline is still one of the few places where I feel like I always get my monies worth! As Always, Enjoy!“

“I have now had Buckaboo's twice - once via DoorDash and once directly from the store. The food is tasty and very consistent. Quality is excellent and certainly far higher than a certain other burrito restaurant. The staff was very friendly and I will definitely return again soon.“

“This was not my first time at a Hot Head Burritos but it was my first time in a while. The Newport location was fantastic. We had 7 people in our party and we all loved our food. I had a toasted burrito. The sauce that I chose was the southwest ranch and will definitely get it again. Unlike other burrito locations, Hot Head offers a lot of sauces/flavor options. The staff were all friendly and attentive. I am glad that we chose to go there and will become regulars. Thank you for great food and service.“
